Why do people get so offended by racial, gender, religious, political questions? Why not use the ignorant questions as an opportunity to clear up misconceptions? When people get offended, they only make the asker more definite in the stereotype!

That is very true tell. This media though fosters those kind of things. I enjoy answering a question that is asked respectfully and in good nature. I try not to take offense at what others say and I try not to be offensive. I do get some nasty comments in email at times and have been called some very bad names. But, I stick around, lol.---LIB
