Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender - September 2007

im gonna say some stuff about my private life and i need you to tell me if im gay, or girl in boys body,
i have worn make up on many ocasions, and i liked it.
i have tried on my sisters clothes.
i have always wondered wat it would be like to be a girl
does this make me gay or girl in boys body?

a girl from her school. they are both only 15 years old. when i saw them, i didn't freak out but i just calmly closed the door and walked away. i didn't want to embarass her. also, i don't mind if my daughter is gay. i just want her to be happy, does anyone else have lesbian daughters? does anyone think that i should be yelling at her? i would rather not, but if you think i should, then maybe i'll consider it...

I know this girl,who is my cousin's neighbour.We met eachother this summer and we became friends.But she acted very weird with me:sometimes she was nice(she has given to me an ipod's cover),sometimes she was cold and she used to pull my leg.She used to criticize my look and me make-up(once she told me that I was wearing a too short skirt).At the swimming pool she told me that I have big boobies.She was always staring at me,even when she was talking to someone else.But also,her behaviour changes very quickly.When she used to see my cousin she usually asked him for me.And when I left the city(I was on holiday),she told my cousin:
"Is Jasmine still here?"
"No,she isn't"
"That's a true pity"she said(seeming truly sorried).
Young people of her town think that she is lesbian and when I told them that she was a friend of mine they said:"Do you have sex together?"
Men...is she really lesbian??Does she have a crush on me,maybe???Can you telling me how to recognize a lesbian,please??

Why homosexuals claim to be supportive of each other and unified but I often see the direct opposite...

I often see us pick each other part and claim to be better than or more knowledgeable than our fellow homosexuals..as if somehow being specially enlightened...

anyhow, I think it's stupid and I'm wondering if anyone else observes this...

also, am I the only one who thinks that the GLBT community is sometimes over dramatically sensitive and offended by some really petty things...

Alright, I'm 14, and i've currently been going out with my girlfriend for 6 months now. But only one of my friends know, and my former teacher that i trust knows, who are both bisexual. I realllly love her. And i dont know what i would do without her. But my problem is, i still feel attracted to other guys, thinkin that they're hot and what-not. So am i bisexual? Or am i confused? Sorry if you find this a pointless post, i kinda do now that i've written this. So yeah, sorry again.

It confuses me. The bible tells you to do some ridiculous things, and I think we can all agree there. For instance, the bible claims that working on Sunday is punishable by death:

Exodus 35:2 – " For six days, work is to be done, but the seventh day shall be your holy day, a Sabbath of rest to the LORD. Whoever does any work on it must be put to death."

So, if you're going to back up your "I hate gay people cause the bible tells me to" nonsense, shouldn't you die for working on a Sunday?

People back up their hate with the "bible", yet I'm sure they will work on Sundays. Can you honestly think this is justifiable if you're not even going to believe the entire book?

I've been working on a new lesbian website but I hate the look of it! It would be great if you could give me your opinion on colour schemes and what general look you'd prefere to see. So there is this guy i like but we dont seem to be clicking...i mean we do sometimes but then others we just dont have anything to say and he gives me mixed signals and one minute i think he likes me and the next i have NO IDEA how he feels....im so confused and I don't know what to do...he is a GREAT guy and i want things to work out...i've talked to him about how i feel but he said hes not sure what he wants right now so i told him i'd give him time to figure it out...But i just hate how he gets so weird with me sometimes...i want to have fun with him and be friends for hte meantime...i dont know if i should flirt with him or how i should start convo when things are dead...i don't want to scare him away...what are some ways to hold onto this guy and get him to like me back? Ok... chief argument against homosexuality right now... It says it is wrong in the bible. Now there are some out there who say it doesn't but for the sake of this conversation lets just say it does.

Here's my simple response. I... don't... give... a... four letter word... what it says in the bible.

Heres my complex response...

Theres this thing in the constitution here in America. It's called separation of Church and State. That says that if you don't believe that homosexuality is wrong because of your religion, good for you, go ahead and don't fall in love with and marry people of your own gender, I could care less.

I do not on the other hand see WHY that should mean that it is forbidden by law. If two people love each other then you have NO right to throw your bible in their face and say they can't and NEITHER DOES THE LAW.

(nor for that matter does an insurance agency, health care provider, housing provider, employer, etc...)
