I thnk it's great you've realized you have an addiction. Apparently from some of the answers you're getting, not everyone is capable of figuring out when they are addicted to something simply because they like it.

That's always the first step in dealing with an addiction. The next is finding help, in just googling break porn addiction I found several places, unfortuanately they would probably be expensive options.
