There are two ways to answer this: First does it damage you as harming our body in some way: No it doesn't, if you have a heart condition, it can stress your heart like any other physical activity.
Second does it, hurt as in cause pain: occasionally, but also some people enjoy that, or if they don't it can be easily avoided.

Sex don't hurt it's the 'love' later on that can be a real killer when you find out your heart has been broken.

for girls yes i dont know about guys like girls first time hurts but not alot and sometimes it might hurt later on when your having sex on how big or fat it is..
