Is masturbating a sin? Isn't that while doing the act, you think of someone else, thus making it lustful? Is there a frequency for the same?

I have heard of the new legislation coming in that says amoungst others that if a gay couple want to get married in a religious establishment that the priest, vicar, etc cannot refuse them?

Is this right to force a religious establishment who openly believe that being gay is a sin to bless or marry gay couples?

I believe that religion needs to move with the times we as a nation have moved on from things such as witch hunts, hiding pregnant unmarried woman away, abortions and such. At the same time would u as a gay person want to get married/blessed in a church say knowing that they believe that what u are is a sin?

Whats your opinion?

How can I tell if my family is really sincere in their support about my sexuality? They call my boyfriend my "friend" and told me that we are welcome to the house to visit but not to stay nights. I really care about my family alot and their support is really important to me. We are planning on moving in this summer and I want as much support from them as I can get (emotionally).

In todays society it seems that homosexuals just do not get into committed relationships early and that if they do the relationship is considered open to all sexual experiences (which i believe is a contradiction to the word committed, but maybe i am alone in this theory). My question is for those couples that have been together for a long time what is it that keeps your relationship together and at what age did you guys meet/start dating? Is an open relationship really a committed relationship? When you guys met how did you meet? Was it a "hook up" or did you go out on a date? And last but not least when did you guys move in together (after how long).

iv been with my boyfriend for 3 years now, all which have been happy. However, I found out that he had been going on a gay chat site which most people look for quick sex. I pulled him up about this and he said he was only chatting. I asked for his password to check his messages but he said the account was cancelled. It was cancelled the day ofter I asked this. He says he has always been faithful to me but I find it hard as to why he kept this a secret f he was only chatting. I did catch him doing this before and he promised he would not go on the site again. I know he used to meet people on this site before he met me. Has anyone been in the same situation, what was your experience?

I'm really sorry and my heart goes out to all of you who are hurt by our over zealous christians. You are no more a sinner than we are and we ALL are in need of a Savior - so please forgive us. It will not end - so I ask for your perpetual forgiveness. I for one love you. and so does Jesus.

I thought my life was going to get better when I told my mom that I was a transgender, but it has gotten much, much worse. My mom told my dad that I wanted to become a woman, and he was weirded out. He goes to work at 12 AM every night, and gets home at 3 or 4 PM. I hide from him when he gets up to go to work, and when he gets home. I'm hating this lifestyle. I'm scared to see him because he thinks I'm weird. My brothers told him that I just wanted to stay young and I got mixed up, and they say he believes them. I want to start getting hormones and stuff, but my dad said I can start getting that when I move out, but I can't do that. I'll be too mature then, and I want to see a gender therapist now so I can get the hormones. I don't know what to do! Please, please give me a detailed response in what I can do.

Sometimes, I'll like someone, but if I get this feeling they like me, I'll kind of "turn my back on them". Do I just like the fun on the chase, or is it a deeper problem?

Ok, I know this doesn't fall under this category, but you guys always have great advice.

My boss has been making comments that are in relation to my weight. One of the comments was to a coworker while I was on vacation. He asked where the Dove chocolates that someone brought us were. He then proceeded to say that I must have eaten them all. Then today, he told me that my coworkers said that I took all the leftovers from one of our lunches. It was a lie, and he knew it. He knew that 3 of the 6 employees divided the food amongst themselves. I did take some, but I took the least amount.
I plan to start writing these incidences down, because there has been more. Do you think that I have a leagal case? I have never even thought about suing someone in my life, but it is getting to the point where it is truly effecting me and my job. I am the only overweight person in the office, so he is now pushing my buttons by making comments like the ones I mentioned. Please Help!!

So, how do you flirt? Any thing you have found to work best?
I know confidence is a good thing to have.

I was wondering why a black person can say the "N" word, but a white person can't. If a black person called another person the "N" word, they wouldn't care, but if a white person did, they flip out and it can even lead to an *** woopen. A white person isn't even aloud to say it at all even if its not directed to him. I remember in Highschool, a white person said the "N" in my reading class. As soon as the black person in the class, he practicly flipped out of his chair, "he was like who said that. He was pissed off. Then he said it again. If the teacher was not their he would have kick his ***. It wasn't even towards anybody. If a black person said this, he wouldn't care. I here them use that word all the time, but heaven forbid a white person said it. I just figured that is just the way it was. I would like to know the reall reason why.
I also would like to know why a black person can use the word black person, but a white person has to use aferican american.
