I know I'm a lesbian when...
...I read a story about a main character and the female love interest, and I don't realize the main character's a guy until the last sentence. (Whoops! :)
...I can't keep a single actor straight, but I know every cute actress from the 60's up to thru the present.
...I watch a hetero love scene in a movie and close one eye to block out the guy. :)

Anybody else have real-life (not made-up, please!) moments like that?

One winter year, these two little fleas headed for the warm sunny beaches of California to escape the cold. The first flea got there and started rubbing suntan lotion on his little flea arms and his little flee legs. Just then, the second flea arrived just a shiverin' and a shakin'. The first flea asked, "What the hell happened to you?"

To which the second flea replied "I just rode out here on a bikers mustache and I'm so very coldddd!"

The first flea said, "Don't you know the special trick to gettin here, first you go to the airport, go straight to the mens cammode, wait for a young pilot to come along, and when he sits down you climb right up between his butt cheeks where its nice and warm".

The second flea agreed that this was a grand idea. The next winter comes along and it was time for the fleas to head for the sunny beaches again. The first flea arrived and began putting suntan lotion on his little flea arms and his little flea legs. About that time, the second flea arrived again just a shiverin', shakin', and mumbling about how cold he was.

The first flea exclaimed "Didn't you learn anything that I taught you about getting here nice and warm?"

To which the second flea replied, "I did just as you said; I went to the mens cammode and this pilot came in and sat down, I climbed right up between his butt cheeks and it was so very warm. Next thing I know we stop at a bar and I fell asleep. All of a sudden I woke and there I was, right back on that bikers mustache!

i'm not asking you about a person's sexual orientation but there is something I find truly fascinating/unusual.

If you take for example, a heterosexual person who feels an incredible amount of emotional attachment to the person of the same sex or feels s/he is truly beautiful on the inside and outside. the same goes for a homosexual person who feels this for the person of the opposite sex. like, you feel so drawn to her/him but not romantically.

why does that happen? is it the same wavelength or just seeing what an incredible person someone is?

thanx

Is anyone comfortable with them? Because I don't understand the concept of neither being solely straight or solely gay.

I at this time believe I am Trans, but I feel that I'm also not sure either. I am seeing a therapist but I'm not getting any help with this one question, so I thought I'd reach out here and see what I get.

OK, so in the book: True Selves... It says that some trans people may really just be gay and not trans... How can one NOT know this...

Before I go any further in my treatment for GID, I need to be sure I'm not just gay and am confusing it with trans... What things should I know to be sure of this... Any ideas?

I'm FTM (PRE everything) I have a girlfriend of 2 years.

My boyfriend ( I am straight female) anyways he has a gay cousin.
He lives in L.A. and he is out of the closet with the family. I am not sure if he knows that I know. Is it ever possible to ask him, when he refers to the person he is with he just calls him by name and not as his partner. I think he is such a cool, wonderful, full of energy guy. He e-mails me every once in a while. Sometimes I just want to ask him how he and his partner are doing. However again I am not sure that he knows that I am aware of his sexuality. Would it be stepping over the line. (I.E. If I want to send him a christmas card do I send it to him and his partner or just him) Please help~

I am not trying to be offensive at all. I just wonder why some lesbians hate men with a passion, yet then dress or act in a masculine way themselves.

Can't they see she is a player, she's unstable, she's transient, she doesn't have successful relationships, and the only thing she really has going for her is her looks?

So...why are lesbians attracted to that? And it's not just on tv, but I see it in the REAL world all the time too.

I went to Zgirls club in Phoenix, AZ the other night for the first time and was a little disappointed. I like more femme girls and most of the girls there were pretty butch. Is there a club in phoenix where the pretty girls like to go? or am I S.O.L.?

What does it feel like to do the "scissor sister" postion? (You know when two girls rub their vaginas together. I think that is what the postion is called anyways.) That is like my biggest fantasy! I don't hear alot about it though and I was just wondering if it is as amazing as it looks. How was it your first time? What happened?

A new guy recently started with our company. In the beginning, I was sure he is gay. However, as time passes and we chat about our personal lives occassionally, I'm not so sure. He has mentioned women that were in his life. Yet, he has most of the character traits of a gay man. We have become friends of a sort and I'd like to ask, but I'm not sure how one would go about doing that. He's a very easy going guy and we have a good repoire.
