It means either you are not sure if you are heterosexual of bisexual and wish to find out or that you are heterosexual but wish to know what pleasure homosexuals get out of their sexual experiences

It was a term created by the porn industry for marketing purposes. Gay is bad. Bisexual is not as bad. Bi-curious is even less bad. Or so people seem to believe, at least.
As far I can see, it means married men who are ostensibly heterosexual, and who want to cheat on their wives, but as of yet have mostly watched gay porn or had cyber sex with other men on-line. Oh, sometimes it means an ostensibly heterosexual male who has a girlfriend, not a wife.

It only refers to someone who is allegedly curious about how it would feel to have sex with someone of the same sex when heretofore they were only curious, or only intimate with, someone of the opposite sex. But it's mostly a euphemism for being a closet homosexual looking for an excuse to to try what he/she has really wanted to do most of all.

it means u r straight but u wonder about experiences with the same sex. it means ur striaght but may wonder about having sexualy experiences with another man or woman even though ur straight. it doesnt make u officially bi or lez or gay, just curious.
