Am I saying this wrong or something? Maybe...well, it's when the two girls are grinding their &$*&%'s together. Maybe it goes by a different name.

Though it's not a huge part of my sexual relationship with my partner - it can be very hot if done correctly. A lot of what you see on porn is just for the camera though (unfortunately the drawbacks of mainstream lesbian porn).
In order for it to be worth-while, my suggestion is to make sure you're lubed up (naturally or unnaturally whatever you prefer) and make sure you're already pretty "excited". Lots of lesbian couples do this after "pumping" which is the female equivelant of "penis-pumping", except for (obviously) "female parts".

Never heard of the word, but the grinding thing is actually quite hard pubis to pubis.
Normally (in mine and gf's case), it's genitals to thigh or genitals to stomach.
