There are gay people under 17, but it takes some time to come to terms with who you are sexually attracted to and some people are able to do so before they are 17 and some people take longer. Since you say that you don't know if you are bi or not, just take some time to realize who you are or are not attracted to. Don't let other people label you as gay, bi, or straight. You are an individual and with some time you will know who you like and who you are attracted to.

Hundreds of thousands of them. I used to facilitate a gay youth group. If you live in a city or near a city, find out if there is a gay community center there. Our lesbian and gay community center not only has support groups, but a drop in center. If you don't live in a city it's a lot harder, but at least you can do some reading. There are a bunch of books out for gay teens - you can look on Amazon. com. One is called Joining the Tribe. Remember, if you are gay or bi-sexual it actually isn't something that you have to confirm immediately. It will still be there when you get out of high school. You can put it on your list of things to find out later and just enjoy being where you are, particularly if you are in a place where you will not be supported or even in danger. You don't have to have sex with girls (which would be using them) just be celibate. I came out in high school and kind of wish I had waited to become involved with anyone. My sisters had all kinds of fun adventures in college, while I was busy wasting my time with bad relationships. I was just too immature.
And remember, if you do have sex, have safe sex! Every time!

Well, Crack..here is a website of kids that are under the age of 17 that are involved with their community. They are GLBT kids that are involved in Phx AZ. There is also, the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network. That is the second website I have sent to you. And also one last one, for PFLAG and their youth program as well. So here you have some alternatives to not put you in such a sad position when there are so many wonderful GLBT youth that are making a difference in their community. Good Luck.

well finding out your sexual identity will take time, it took me about two years untill I came to my decision, so dont worry about it, let it come and go, and eventually you will know who you are, but yes there are openly gay males under the age of 17
