Even many who have no problem with lesbians have a real issue with openly homosexual men.

Bonjour. If you are LGBT, I want to know how your life is. Is it any different than anyone elses? Do your parents treat you different? Are you looked at wierd? Do you not have as good of a job or home? Do you "act queer?" i'm not trying to get too personal so please don't share too much info lol

I am gay and I am very much saddened by how slutty everyone is. I know there are people like me out there and I'll never stop looking but why? Why the sluttiness!?

There is constant conflict being created between the religious and Lesbian, gay.. sections. I have figured out what is causing a large portion of it... the two categories are too closely grouped/categorized. This results in a lot of our topics ending up in their face, resulting in them feeling provoked and coming to our section and bashing us.

I'm sure if this was put to a vote, most answerers would agree to somehow move this.

Do you think this is a good idea?

but at the same time I really want a bf. Am I just really picky or is there something wrong with me? I only like guys that I can't have (straight) and I won't settle for anything else. Am I supposed to settle for something sub-par to my standards? How does everyone else do it?

He just annouced it to us and we are all shocked and disappointed. He was very strong in his religious convictions, even served a mission. We know that there are ways to help individual overcome these tendencies, but we need advice on how to go about getting that help for him.

to know if you are a lesbian or bisexual?

For example, is a male-to-female person really feeling like she was a woman born into a man's body? Or, is she really a man who wishes he could wear dresses and make-up and do other feminine activities that society says are wrong for a man to do? And, vice versa for a FTM person.

What I mean is that there's something about the look of that particular group along with the somewhat feminized quality about them that appeals to me. And yet I realize it's going to be incredibly unlikely I'll find someone like that and find common interests. Do I even bother or at least enjoy the moment of looking when I see one of them walk by?

I'm not trying to make anyone angry, but why cant I say being gay is wong? I mean many people got together and voiced their opinion, and now gay marriage is legal where I live, why is it hate if I get together with my church and try to stop thing's like that? If you are able to voice your opinion I should be able too.

We've been best buddies for 6 years now. Though we see each other only during the summer (living in different coutries) we're always in touch and every summer it's me and him hanging out together almost everyday. He once told (we both quite high on alcohol) me that he loved me and would never do me any harm because of that. He used to have a girlfriend, but is single for 5 years now. We never even kissed, but hugged and slept in one bed (without any sexual contact). I know that I'm terribly in love with him, but cannot risk losing him altogeher if i confide in him my secret affection. When I'm upset at him he would come and hold me in his arms. Last year he said that I shouldn't be looking at him in a nightclub like that (I smiled at him). It was pretty painful. I am afraid he just knows what I feel and tried to take distance from me. This summer we again hung out together but this time I did my best to show self-restraint and tried avoiding bodily contact with him. What should I do?

Okay, I have seen tons of questions on here from gays and lesbians asking "How can we have sex?" or "How do we have sex?" And I just think to myself--you don't! Don't you all see how unnatural homosexuality is? Being gay is all about sexual preference and they can't even figure out a way to have sex! Don't you all see how unnatural homosexuality is?

I dated this guy for almost 2 years. He is one of the nicest guys I've ever been. Bery polite and everything. Yes, very handsome too.But he just dropped the bomb! He just told me that he is gay. But I don't believe it because I didn't see anything about him that he is gay. He looks very masculine. I 'm thinking he is just using it as an excuse. He didn't even ask me if I should accept him or not. Do you think he found a new girlfriend? Or he is telling the truth?
