What business is it of yours, girl? It takes all sorts and, if that's what gets his rocks off, bully for him!
When all is said and done, he's still your family. You should be glad that he's found something he gets a thrill from. You should defend him from all those who would want to put him down for his tastes (whether he be straight, gay, bi, tranny or indifferent).
Okay, so you're shocked by what he gets up to - I can understand that... it's not what does it for you. Don't come here, though, with the attitude that he's doing freakish bad. He's not, he's just doing different to your sense of normal.
More to the point not a one of us knows your brother - at least if there are any here that do, they won't know it from your question. If there's anyone you should feel the need to talk to (note: I said TALK not CONFRONT) it's him.
Let him know what you know and tell him you're okay with it - if a bit confused.
Then leave it at that.

Don't listen to the majority of the answers. Straight men watch LOTS of different kinds of porn-but not necessarily want to do what they are watching.
I mean, have you ever watched a home decorating show, or cooking show and felt like cooking of decorating EVERY single way you have seen on TV? I won't speak for you-but I know I don't
It sounds like he's just curious and gets a kick out out of it. My brother watches midget porn, animal porn, and porn with the elderly-I don't think he has a predilition to any of those things sexually considering he's married to a 6'2" human 18 year old girl. But hey-only time will tell on that one I suppose.
Don't worry about it. Straight boys watch lots of stupid things. Please don't consider my answer a guarantee that your brother is straight-but it definitly is not proof that he is gay either.

The definitions of "straight" and "gay" don't really work when discussing the attraction between two people where one or both individuals are transgender. Your brother might just be curious and is still straight; he could be a "tranny-admirer"; he could be gay; or he could be transgender himself. Now transgender covers a wide spectrum of individuals (transsexuals, crossdressers, drag queens, etc). At this point the only person who knows is your brother. Just give him/her time to come out and when/if he does give him lots of support.

Ever since Kinsey, researchers have consistently found that the vast majority of human beings exist somewhere in the middle on a spectrum between being exclusively heterosexual and being exclusively homosexual. Your brother appears to be somewhere solidly in the middle with the rest of humanity.
Fantasizing about same-sex encounters is quite common in men who identify themselves as heterosexual. Your brother may very well identify himself strongly as heterosexual and not even see the paradox of his curiosity about transsexuals. Fantasizing about same-sex encounters does not mean he is homosexual or even that he is bisexual. He might not even really be all that curious. Fantasies quite simply do not count as evidence of anything beyond an active imagination.

He probably just is gay...but the best thing that you can do is to not bring it up to talk to him about it until he is ready to talk about it because yo might make him feel uncomfortable or mad him said and feel bad.....

He is your brother whether he is gay or not, correct?? What difference does it make if he likes men or not?? You cant choose or control other peoples feelings. so if you love your brother, support him, other wise you loose him!!

Hmmm..... I dunno about jumping to the conclusion that he is gay. Some guys like *****. They like their own, and they are fascinated by the ***** of others. But they don't like guys. So in order to express their fascination with *****, they find one attached to a really hot chick. That way it fits into the rest of their sexual nature.
But who cares. He, and all people, should do as they please with whomever they please without shame or guilt, only constrained by the morality of consent.
