MA has Same Sex Marriage.

CT and VT have civil unions.

CA and NJ have Domestic Partnerships.

Technically it is incorrect to call it GAY marriage, since there is no requirement to be gay in order to enter into one. The correct term is Same Sex Marriage.

Just a polite FY!... :-)

Take close looks at Vermont, Massachusetts, and Hawaii. Then take a close look at certian states that will allow you marriage in another state to be held up.

I only know that Massachusetts is the only state that allows gay marriage.

Massachusetts only, as far as I know. some allow for domestic partnerships.
I am in Missouri, shamefully, thanks to Bush, the 1st state to amend it's state constitution to ban gay marriage.
however, in St. Louis (and I think maybe KC), there is domestic partnership. my partner and I are legal domestic partners in St. Louis.

oh lovelyemily - you moron. You do realize that you simply make yourself sound so incredibly ignorant and hypocritical? Don't you crazy religous types say that jesus loves everyone? If that's the case, (and if you actually believe in god or jesus or whoever) then she/he/it doesn't give a f.u.c.k who you f.u.c.k so why should you?
