Would Americans do as their government asked, as they once did in the 1940's? What happened to old fashioned pride & patriotism? Afterall, the USA is currently in a WAR & we have many enemies...everywhere! Do you think Americans would listen to their government leaders, without question, as they did in their past generations?

So that's my question.Have you had heterosexual sex before or after knowing you were attracted to the same sex?And how did you like it??
My friend had sex with a girl when he wasn't sure he was gay and he found it horrible.Another one said it was okay

I know the radio stations play remakes of a lot of songs, but I once heard these guys do House of the Rising Sun and I thought it was better than the Animals. Anyone else ever hear it?

I am 55. When I was growing up, around 18-19, a LOT of different things started being invented, and continued up to about 3 years ago. New, for example; computers replacing typewriters. Color tv replacing black and white tv. Now, all of a suddent, new things have REALLY slowed down. Everything I see is just "upgrades" for existing things we buy and use. Example; tv's with bigger screens.

What happne? We ran out of thing NEW to invent and sell?

Bed sheets

An extremely modest man was in the hospital for a series of tests, the last of which had left his bodily systems extremely upset.

Upon making several false alarm trips to the bathroom, he decided the latest episode was another and stayed put. He suddenly filled his bed with diarrhea and was embarrassed beyond his ability to remain rational.

In a complete loss of composure he jumped out of bed, gathered up the bed sheets, and threw them out the hospital window.

A drunk was walking by the hospital when the sheets landed on him. He started yelling, cursing, and swinging his arms violently trying to get the unknown things off, and ended up with the soiled sheets in a tangled pile at his feet.

As the drunk stood there, unsteady on his feet, staring down at the sheets, a hospital security guard, (barely containing his (laughter), and who had watched the whole incident, walked up and asked, "What the heck is going on here?"

The drunk, still staring down replied: "I think I just beat the **** out of a ghost."

Happy Halloween

I am losing friends, not that I had that many to start with because although I am disabled I look okay. Its an invisable disability. I DONT go around moaning and groaning and asking for help. I put on a smile, grit my teeth and do what I can do. But whats going on inside is quite a different story.

I dont go to malls at all, only at xmas and then within half an hour I can hardly walk at all and the pain is so bad its all I can do to not cry, I head for my car concentrating on putting one foot in front of another to get there.

I dont go to movies, restaurants or anywhere I would have to sit for more than half an hour. If I go to the store and there is no parking close by I just turn around and go home.

I am so damn sick and tired of people who call themselves a friend getting on my case and saying things like "for Gods sake there is nothing wrong with you, you danced at the wedding so you must be fine" Yes I danced at my daughters wedding, I was determined to do that,

This guy I know dates so many women and is very sexually active with a high libido. He recently told me in confidence that some years ago he had three encounters with transvestites because he wanted to know how it felt to have anal sex and give oral sex. He does not consider himself gay because he is not attracted to men. Can this be true?

Why is there so much arguing about race on here? Does anyone ever actually change anybody's mind? Why do so many of you spend all day on here, growing a tumor over this crap? Wouldn't it make more sense to go out and make a real difference in your community?

It seems like the most inflammatory racists on here just do it for fun anyway, and enjoy getting a rise out of people. Why else would they keep coming back with the same d*mn screen name? They're a waste of time and energy.

Do you feel a certain sence of pride and/or triumph when someone from your race accomplishes something big? For example, when someone becomes the first Latino or Asian to do or become something. Or when you find out an African- American or Native-American invented something.

On the flip side of that do you feel embarrased or personally offended when someone of your race does something hugely and publicly horrible?

Just wondering. Do you think that a straight guy can express his views about society and the portrayal of homosexuality without being basically being called a hatemonger and being told off for "spewing hatred"? Or is that just the default response?

The only reason why he was made gay is because J.K. Rowling has an agenda.

Her agenda is to make it seem like it's not a sin against God to be gay. This is terrible. Think of the children.

How are we supposed to explain to them that gay people exist? (I was planning to wait until my kids turned 14)

I also heard a nasty rumor that in the Harry Potter universe evolution is supposed to be true.

Isn't this horrible?

I don't think I've played bingo in, oh, maybe 20 years. I have an aunt who's an avid bingoing senior citizen. Sometimes on the weekends I'll nap for about a half an hour, but not all that often.

I don't mean the radio, CD player, etc. I don't. I used to be able to play Amazing Grace on a little keyboard, but not now. My dad used to play harmonica and, and...oh shoot, senior moment here.....and....accordion, that's it! I don't think my siblings and I have any musical talent.

I have known my bf for quite a few years now and we are very close. I, being bi curious, have always wanted to make a move. I get a little flirty with her and she even asked me one day if I was bi curious ( I guess I was laying it on pretty thick), but I was too uncomfortable at the time to respond (now if she asked me, it would be a little different).
She calls me her lover and we joke back and forth, but a part of me wants to try something with her. For example, how would someone interpret this situation: we were drinking and having fun and she said she felt me up earlier (I didn't recall it) and I asked her if she would like to do it again and she said maybe and winked at me. Is she flirting or just being funny??

I guess my question is how should I go about bringing it up to her and should I or shouldn't I make a move on her? I don't want to affect the friendship in any way and I don't want to lose her as a friend, but these feelings are overwhelming.
