I nap off and on. I usually do if I'm really tired during the
day. Sometimes I sleep, sometimes I don't. I go through
a down time after lunch and a nap is just the thing. I don't
always take one though.
I do like BIngo, but haven't played for a long time. I don't
think age has much to do with naps and bingo. People
of any age can enjoy them.

I havent played bingo since they made us play it in elementary school. Didnt like it then, dont like the idea now. I coudnt sit that long anyhow.
I could use a nap in the afternoon. My cat has taken to meowing around until almost 5 AM and keeping me awake. The person renting the basement suite where I am renting (a house) has taken to bringing men home - and I mean plural and there is no way to drown out the sound effects from what is going on down there. :-( Its nasty. And that can also go on until the wee hours of the morning.
I always was a really good "power napper" just 20 minutes, and I would be wide awake and good for another 6 hours or more. I seem to have misplaced that "talent" for now.
It will come back sooner or later. Been doing that for most of my life. A lot of other cultures have a nap on their lunch break, which isnt a bad idea really.
I spend my time reading, I have always chatted online in the evenings with friends in China and teachers I met there who are teaching back in Canada now but since my accident ten minutes and my neck starts to burn like everything.
If I get really bored I go over to my daughters for awhile, she lives about six blocks away. But again my neck starts to hurt when I am out, so I have been taking it pretty darn slow and easy since Oct 5th and not doing much except lying down and reading - :-( Pretty boring.

I haven't played Bingo for several years. That's not to say I don't like it because actually I do. I only take a nap in the afternoons when I feel I need it. Of course now, recovering from surgery, I find myself napping more.

No Bingo. I find it boring. Maybe on a cruise ship I might buy a card - if the jackpot is high enough...but that's it.
One of the pure joys for me - especially in the winter - is to have everything done....laundry, house cleaned, shopping done, etc...is to pile down on the sofa for a good nap.
Many time in the first 65 years of my life, I so longed for a quiet nap in the middle of the afternoon. It is one of my secret pleasures now.
I don't nap every day - maybe once or twice a week - but I still feel like I'm doing something I really shouldn't be doing - and really enjoying it.
When I go down, it's for a solid 2 hours.

I don't nap often, I always feel worse when I wake up than when I layed down. My husband loves to nap. I tell him he just gets up so he can take a nap. lol
I have always liked BINGO, but have never went to a 'formal' game. I do like to help those I visit at the Nursing Home when they play. They really have a good time.

Ah, but you're just a baby compared to some of us LOL. I find
I have the need more now to take a nap, when I start to doze
off at the keyboard. Whether it's due to Sleep Apnea, or just
my 'ticker', I know if I get that sleepy or exhausted, there's only
one thing I can do to revive myself. And that's to take a nap.
Often I sleep for two hours without disturbance. I know with
my health factors, I have to just go with the flow. If I'm tired, I
need rest. So I give in to it. There's nothing that can't wait. And it'll still be there waiting for me to do when I'm ready LOL.
I don't play Bingo. And I'm glad I don't have the bug to go.
I have a friend who spends alot of money playing tri triple
cards per game. And she sometimes wins, but mostly loses.
It seems most of our money, goes to the grocery store (sigh).

I will nap at the drop of my head into a comfortable position. I don't need to be lying down. Heck, I even found myself falling asleep STANDING UP, holding onto a pole on the subway...power napped for eight stations.
And I am SO FOND of napping, that I can nap on and off four times in one day, if I am particularly tired, and STILL go to bed at my regular time and sleep for my regular hours. Call me a napping fool ! :)
As to bingo...I am afraid that is one bug I never succumbed to. I can count on the fingers of one hand the amount of times I have been through my whole life.

I hate bingo. I play poker and various other card games. I don't nap often because my body must think it's bedtime or something. Unless I set the alarm I will sleep for two or three hours! I hate it when I do that.
