I would go with my boyfriend, arm around his waist, and tell the gay proffessor how much in love we are, and that we hope he finds love with a man the way we have.

That should stop him.

Alternately, I will trust my boyfriend to be faithful, and believe that he is man enough to deal with the situation himself.

You would have to define "hitting on", since apparently some folks take, making good eye contact as a sign of being hit on.

I mean, unless teach is flat out making sexual inuendo or touching your bf innaproriately, or stroking himself while talking, or asking him out on a date, you are just being paranoid.

If this is in fact blantant "hitting on" and not simply something that you possibly missunderstood as flirtation, then you obviously should report the professor. Even if your BF is not in your school, or not even in your class, it is still wrong as he is invading your personal life.

I'm not worried about it unless it is a "freaky" kind of hitting on my b.f.

My man is straight. Gay men don't like straight men. It's rather bias to think that way. Well that is unless it's someone like Michael Chiklis and then Who Wouldn't want some of that? LOL Nana

If some gay guy professor or not was hitting on me I would punch him in his mouth. so if the professor gets anywhere its because your boyfriend wanted him to ..blame the boyfriend. He could put a stop to it in a second.

I would report him. A professor shouldn't be hitting on a student.

could turn him in, but as long as it's only flirting, I doubt that'll make any difference.

Talk to your bf, see what he feels about it - maybe he just want to laugh it off and not worry about it. If that's the case, don't worry about it either.

Maybe talk to your teacher, perhaps with another, trusted teacher in the room to act as moderator, if your bf is upset by the teacher's behaviour.

Your boyfriend should make a complaint to the chairman of the department. As this is sexual harassment and frowned upon in the academic community...
