I've never heard of anyone who was gay, then all of a sudden, or gradually become straight never to turn back. Anyone?

It saddens me to say that of late, this once pleasant, funny, interesting, genuine and LGBT friendly forum has gone severely downhill. Where did the mass influx of trolls and children with nothing better to do come from? Why are our fellow LGBT answerers now being suspended for blatantly idiotic reasons? I know people will scream "freedom of speech" but it works both ways. If you really hate or are offended and disgusted by us that much, then there are hundreds of other forums for you to go to. We don't look for your approval.

Something always fascinates me. I'm british, and when I watch other british people on tv, i dont really think they're that interesting or laugh at them or nothing, probably because they have the same accent as me. But when I watch american tv, I find it interesting and laugh at different things, mainly because their accents make it funny and i like the accent. But I always wondered what americans think when watching american movies and tv. Most of them laugh at something in it, and I always wonder why they find their own "accent partner" so funny. just as funny as other countries find it. And do americans notice that the movie stars have the same accent as them when watching them on movies?

Why do americans don't like to listen to music they dont understand?..because many people form other foreign countries listen to music in ENGLISH yes in english and they still like it plus they don't understand a word what english songs say...Why are americans so self-centered and never listen to the other wonderful music out there, and it doesn't have to be in english but in spanish, french, italian, portuguese.
Many latinamerican groups try to crossover but they can't beacuse americans don't like foreign language music, whic to make it in the U.S music market they forcely have to sing in english...could this mexican pop group be successul in the american market?...would americans accept them?...is it the type of music americans listen to?

I can say with confidence at 15 years old that I do like guys and not girls. I doubt it's going to change. I'm reading on here that as a teenager, many people are confused about their sexuality (with the hormones going crazy and all). When can you say you were 100 percent sure of your sexuality?

Why is it that so many people treat the mentally ill community like garbage, putting them down and verbally bashing them but when it comes to gays, they are treated a lot better? Those with mental illness are born that way so why pick on them? I don't see many gays getting treated that way so if anyone gets offended, that's their problem and incase anyone wants to be smart about this question, I do not have mental illness but I am a supporter of them.

I always hear that, especially at school. It really makes no sense to me... If your going to come out, you might as well come out to the sexuality you know you are. I'm not saying it's true (In fact, I completely disagree with agree it.) I just think it is kind of contradicting. Do you know of any bi guys that ended up being gay?

I'm gay, btw, and I support the entire LGBT community.

How did we as a society come to believe and accept this? What changed so much from the days of the Romans and Greeks when homosexuality was a natural and common occurance? What caused our shift in morality?

The other day I was walking down the street and a hooded Klansmen asked me if I were gay. I told him that no, I was straight and so not his type. But I felt bad about letting him down so I offered him a cigar. He took it and slid it under his hood and into his mouth. I took a lit match and slipped it under his hood to light the cigar. Well the cigar lit up but the smoke all stayed inside the hood, except for what leak out of the eyeholes. The smoke made him started coughing, and a minute later his hood started to smolder. Then, a few seconds later, the hood went up in flame. Rather than take the hood off, he started to run, yelling about wanting some water. Anyhow, he sprinted off into the distance, finally disappearing around a corner. I haven't seen him since. Has anyone seen a Klansmen with a burning tenthat? I'm kind of worried about the little fella.

why is there a perception that pit bulls raised to fight are dangerous? They are probably better trained than average pits because they are routinely handled by humans.

They are only dangerous to other dogs.

Im 28 and gay I live in Scotland. I'm not the most attractive guy around, but I have had my fair share of Boyfriends. Most of who cheated on me. I'm not a bad person, I'm clean, not rude and get on well with all walks of life.

If I could take a pill to make me straight I probably would. I sometimes hate being associated with camp steriotypes.

I have been beaten up a few times because of my sexuality but I never flaunt it. I beleive the people that flaunt it are the reason people like me get beaten up.

I dunno. I'm upset and alone.

Will I die alone?

Being a typical 'confused teen" i'm not yet sure of my sexual orientation. I find Certain celebrities like Zac Efron and Alex Pettyfer extremely attractive but i'm not sure if i'm gay or straight. I feel gay people should have as many rights as anyone else. Can someone give me some tips to help me determine my sexual orientation. I'm not really sexually atrracted to either sex unless i find them exrtremely appealing. Help me!

I have a very narrow mouth so my wisdom teeth were really packed. I was having one pulled and the dentist kept yanking and yanking. He was pretty rough. All of a sudden I heard him use an expletive, and I really got worried. Seems the tooth cracked from the pressure so a lot was still left in the socket. He worked and worked to get it out. It was painful. I decided not to go back to him again. When I had another wisdom tooth pulled by another dentist, he simply gave a gentle twist with his tool, and presto, the tooth was out without pain.

So if using the words "colored" or "*****" to describe African-Americans is considered racist, any ideas on why the NAACP (National Association for the Advancement of Colored People) or the United ***** College Fund still use those racist terms? I think they should change their name to reflect non-racist views.
