i know teenage boys are "sooo horny all the time" but honestly when i look at comments or actions from older men they are a lot more perverted....and theyre not afraid to say it! why are they so confident in being a perverted creep?

Because teenagers are driven by hormones that make their emotions go out of whack so they go for girls. Simple, natural, clean.
The 'old men' are more perverted because SOME (not all) of them act, not out of hormones or confused emotions, but out of their minds. Their minds invent other ways to get excited or aroused, they lack the singlemindedness of hormones so they have a wider choice of things to choose from to have fun.
They also have less time to deal with consequences.

It doesn't bother me, really. Older men aren't trying desperately to be laid like younger guys and don't feel like they have anything to lose, so they let loose.
Sex and talk of sex is so taboo in the States... I like men who are a bit perverted.
