(with the current exception of the iraq sunni & shittes)
all muslims, buddhist, hindus have no conflict among themself WITHIN their own religion. Atheist & agnostic have no conflict too in their set of beliefs or codes

why then, christians have conflict & differences among themself. catholics versus protestants, non-pentecostal vs pentecostal, fundamentalist vs liberals, mormon vs main stream churches vs JW ?

At times, I do not speak clearly. And even though I mostly know my grammar, I don't always use it when I speak.

People look at me like they are annoyed and treat me as if I am dumb at times.

This happens mostly when I am nervous and to people I don't know and at interviews and meetings.
Also in social settings with people I don't know.
Why are people so annoyed at me?. I can't always help it.

I left my husband almost a year ago because of his drinking and I had to give my daughters a better life.He has already met someone else and now they are having a baby in a month.I know in my heart I did everything but he always lived a seperate life from me.I left him so he could get better but we are getting a divorce for sure now because he has someone else in his life.I feel like I let the Lord down because I am supposed to be by my husbands side at all times.I left so my daughters could live a normal life and I just hope the Lord will not be mad at me for that. What do you think?

Ok I put a cup of milk into the microwave for like 50 seconds. I went on Y!A to check on my question, (and the computer is 3 rooms away from the microwave), came back to the microwave, only to find the warmed milk set up on the counter in the kitchen by the microwave. I know I did not get up and do it since I was on the computer. I am also alone in the house... I didn't even hear the microwave door open and close!
Do you think I should drink the cup or something? :'(

The Gospel accounts of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John use the Greek word stau·ros′ when referring to the instrument of execution on which Jesus died. The word stau·ros′ refers to an upright pole, stake, or post.
At Acts 5:30, the apostle Peter used the word xy′lon, meaning “tree,” as a synonym for stau·ros′, denoting, not a two-beamed cross, but an ordinary piece of upright timber or tree.

I mean something like:

"Listen: Gays can get married and it won't do a bit of harm. Trust me on this."

Or:

"Um, guys, about all that anti-atheist rhetoric -- threatening and badmouthing a specific group of my kids is really not the way to get on my good side. Check out who won WWII if you don't believe Me."

Or maybe:

"The Chicago Cubs are gonna win the World Series. -- No, I won't say which year."

After you get over the initial shock of actually being addressed by Hisself, what would you think?

Jn. 1:33, Jn. 3:22, Jn. 3:23, Jn. 3:26 and Lk. 3:16 all point to one simple conclusion. Jesus himself DID baptize people. In all probabiltiy, he baptized at first and passed the job along to his apostles as the crowds grew larger. For the context of this question... Chaper 7, http://gospelenigma.com

Why is it that so many denominations try to dodge this obvious indication that Jesus did baptize? Is it because this early baptising was called the "Baptism of Repentance for the forgivenness of sins"? (Luke 3:3)

Both Jesus and John were ENTHUSASTIC supporters of this early baptism for the "forgiveness of sins." Are evangelicals trying to hide the fact that something rather important was going on with regards to the forgiveness of sins, LONG BEFORE the crucifixion???
