What is the Bible talking about here.."Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?"

Please correct me if I am wrong, but it is my understanding that according to the LDS doctrine of Eternal Progression, beings are constantly elevating themselves. God was once a man, who worshipped his god and therefore became a god Himself. So... why wouldn't Mormons worship a higher god then the one that they do now?

I hope that made sense...

I've noticed how there are some paintings where they have both Mary and Jesus in heaven, but she is holding a Jesus as an infant.

Since they are up in heaven, he is obivously no longer an infant, I suppose.

Is there any significance to this?

It's about a young girl who finds out that she is the last Air Wizard and she and her three new friends (who are also wizards) head out to Aria which is a mythical land and the only way there is guarded by the young fire wizard in their group. Once they are there they have to battle the evil Cedis and gather together her followers so they can elliminate the evil from Aria once and for all. The girl learns about her past and how God gave the powers to four wizards etc.

This is a Christian based book.

Now... what should the title of my book be?

Have you heard about Courage?
Do YOU have the courage to refute political correctness?

http://couragerc.net/

"Courage" is an apostolate of the Catholic Church and ministers to those with same-sex attractions and their loved ones. You'll never hear about it in the mainstream media: They have many success stories of people overcoming their same-sex atraction issues, and sometimes even getting married to fellow members of the opposite sex. They are amazing stories - stories which prove wrong the notion that you are just born that way and there is nothing you can do about it.

We all have weakness to particular sins: gambling too much, eating (Gluttony), womanizing, alcohol. Alcoholics are good people, even though drunkeness is a sin, and they have AA.
Homosexuals are good people too, even though homosexual sex is a sin, and I just wanted you to know that you have Courage http://couragerc.net/

God bless

I went to an electronics store and the cashier forgot to ring up a $200 item. However, this item was not the most expensive thing that I bought... I ended up buying $1,000 worth of other stuff with the credit card. (Darn black friday!) Should I drive back and have the cashier ring it up?

I've heard we go straight to judgement. But I've also heard we go to heaven. I think I heard JW's believe that you sit in your grave until judgement day. I can't believe that and I need help from good Bible quoting Christians that can help me here. Do we go to heaven until the judgemnt when Christ sets up his 1000 year reign on earth? Or do we go straight to judgement as God has no concept of time? But if thats so, it implies that we sit in the grave until then. I don't like the idea of sitting in the grave. Is there Biblical proof that our spirit/soul seperates from the body at death? All good Christian answers are welcome. Pentecostal answers are more than welcome as well as i'm pentecostal. If you're JW can you please say so?

Now I'm not favoring ANY sides here .. keep in mind I'm not challenging any certain group, but atheists .. why are there so many of them here?

This category is called Religion (atheism is NOT a religion) & Spirituality (atheism denounces spirituality's existence). I don't mean to scrutinize trivial things, but why do so many atheists feel they need to hang around here & compete with Christians if they don't believe in the idea of this category anyway? It seems like a never-ending battle between two groups that will never be won....

What are your thoughts?

Are they not intelligent enough to be able to ask a question or make a point without searing. I find the constant use of swearwords offensive. I do not swear. If you are unable to speak or write without swearing - then don't bother. Are we turning into a nation of illiterates, that can only shout and swear?
Comments please.
