To me it’s the fact that we’re looking at climate change, energy shortages, food shortages, water shortages, cataclysmic weather phenomenon’s, pandemics, cancer…and all most Christians seem to be worried about is the theory of evolution being taught in high schools, gay people having the same rights as straight people and abortion. Have they got their priorities mixed up or what?

What can you tell a religious pluralist who argues, “The reason you’re a Christian is that you grew up in a predominantly Christian religion”? Why are exclusivists charged by religious pluralists with being arbitrary? Why won’t this charge stick?

I'm Heathen/Pagan. I worship the gods of my ancestors - the Germanic/Norse gods. I practice magick. I feel complete with my choice of religion/craft.

My question is, why do Christians feel the need to "save my soul" and others like me? Why do they CARE what happens to my soul - lost or not? Why would they FORCE me to worship what they worship even if it made me unhappy? Besides, wouldn't it be aweful boring if everyone did the same thing - what would there be to talk about??!

peoplo always fight over if god is real and stuff
i have my reason to belive his not real
what happened 2 me in my life...

but god only with humans right?
the smartest animals dont even do stuff that can relate to god and crap

that doesnt get help from god?
life can make it self
but i dont even know

god is fake its only in the human mind

Some say that they are an atheist because religion or a belief in God, left some holes for them. However what about in the reverse. What of those times when the scientific answer is not suitable for you. Do you force yourself to believe it to be true, or do you just accept it because after all it is science, therefore it must be true. What about the times when you have no one to count on, and you don't have confidence in yourself. Do you just accept things as they are, because that is the way that nature is and that is just life?

i want to get/make a gift for a girl I like in my class. We talk a lot but I still don't know much about her to know what to get her. I was thinking a gift basket but I dont know how to make one or what to put in it. Umm I dont want to make it obvious that I like her because I'm not ready to tell her yet. so we all herd of area 51 roswell and all that the X-Files taught us throughout the 90s but when it gets down to it we just absolutly have no proof of existance. not even a spec of dust. well people i used to want to beleive but either they did a great job of covering it up or it was just imagination of the masses.maybe someone out there is holding information or maybe we are just big fools that are easily amused by shiny objects and beliefs of monsters and such nonsense. I dont know but what do u think?
