I think it's rather sad, although typically hypocritical, to see how vehemently they deny he had anything to do with their religion.

Because Mooses went to the back of the mountain and created the 10 commendments himself! Then came out an self proclaimed that god appeared to him... alone of course... how convenient. Great tale if you ask me!

Of course you all "KNOW" better than me, because YOU actually read it in the legend book and if it is there is must be TRUE... Just like NOAH's impossible tales and many others... Blind faith!

Too funny!

I have typed up a suggestion that i believe would help R&S users greatly... As many of you probably know, you can run out of answers quickly without realizing it.... soooo this is what the suggestion looks like,,

Whereas I constantly run out of answers i can give, comments i can make, stars i can give, and votes i can cast, unaware of how many i have remaining...

A count of the remaining questions, answers, comments, stars, and votes, should be displayed privately on "My Profile."

Do you think this would be beneficial to us?
Is there anything else that should be added to further benefit us?

If you like this suggestion here is a link... thumbs up please!

what's your gut reaction when someone you've known for a good long while turns out to be completely different than how you've always perceived them? does it make you wonder 'have they hit their head in a fall or something?', or do you ask yourself 'how could i have been so naive/gullible/blind?' how does your faith influence or temper your reaction? before i found Christ, i always figured 'the other person' was just some kind of jerk who had been successful in hiding their real nature...now i wonder if my perception and desire to look for the good in people has, at times, clouded my better judgment. has anyone else experienced this?

My 93 year old Grandmother passed away this year, she was the GLUE of the family. After her passing, my very large family has become very distant. I'm starting to dread Thanksgiving & Christmas time. I don't even want to put up a Christmas tree this year, nor decorate my house as I usually do. Do you feel the same because of a loss in your life?

I have. I have learned quite a bit about the different perspectives of the different segments of Christianity. I have also learned quite a bit about other religions, too, as well as some science stuff that I didn't know before.

What about you?

If Kirk hadn’t put his fist in front of his crotch everyone would have seen the stiff one he was getting from his pal’s homoerotic banana play. To which you’ll notice he is completely oblivious, and has to tell Kirk that he’s being serious when Kirk starts giggling.

Question: Did you notice? lolz

My friend is think of fasting for 2 days each week. She says she is thinking of doing it because the bible says something about it.
I was wondering though, is this safe? It doesn't seem like a good idea to me. She plans on not eating anything for the whole day on Mondays and Thursdays.
So, safe, or not safe? I want my friend to stay healthy, but at the same time I want to respect her beliefs.
Have any of you done this before??
