It's impossible that a religious leader can be the Antichrist you have to be a politician to end the world.

This is why:

The Antichrist - (Dan.11:36-39) The most evil and destructive man who will ever hold public office.

Supernatural - (Rev.13:13-14) When something occurs and science cannot explain it. The Bible says during the tribulation, the Antichrist will be able to deceive the world through the performance of miracles.

Mark of the Beast - (Rev.13:16) The economic system the Antichrist will implement. It will be compulsory, for all, to receive an implant in their right hand or forehead. (Only a politican can do this.)

Nuclear Nations - (Rev.9:18) The use of nuclear armament during the tribulation will kill over 1/3 of the human population. Only in our time –with the nuclear arsenals-- does it seem possible this could happen. (Only a politican and a dictator can do this.)

Question: Do you agree?

Charles Taze Russell and the whole Jehovah's Witnesses from the start are worshipping Jesus Christ. Check their first NWT versions,

"And let all God's angels worship him." - Revised NWT, 1961

"And let all God's angels worship him." - Revised NWT, 1970

"And let all God's angels do obeisance to him." - Revised NWT, 1984

Did you notice the big difference? A former JW said that thousands of JWs walk away from the Watchtower movement just because of this single verse. They cannot accept the fact that the JW Governing Body changed their doctrine from worshipping Jesus to just paying high respect or honor by doing "obeisance" to him. They watered down the translation of the Greek word "proskuneo" by choosing "obeisance" rather than "worship" because they cannot accept the fact that Jesus should be honored with THE SAME honor that they do with the Father.

John 5:23, "... that all may honor the Son just as they honor the Father."

JWs, how do you honor the Father? Do you worship Him?

If you do not believe in God is there a reason to be moral? If there is no reward for being moral why not indulge in the conveniences and pleasures of life? We are all going decompose anyway so why not disregard the rights and privileges of others?

Let me get this straight about the bible:

If some of the bible is true, then we know the rest of it is true. For example, the bible mentions a real place called Hebron. Since we know that Hebron is real, we can assume that the rest of the places, persons, and events recounted in the bible are factual.

This would suggest that if I'm reading -- for example -- the Sherlock Holmes yarns, and if I find that they contain an accurate historical portrayal of the city of London, then that means that Sherlock Holmes actually existed.

Hmm. What are the chances of that?

ok, theres this girl i know and in her religion they refuse to stand for the national anthem.. she even purposely missed the rememberance day assembly..? I forget what its called, but she says her religion worships gods, nnot a flag. but when we sing the national anthem we're not worshipping a flag, right? it represents that we're thankful for all the priveleges we have here, and rememberance day is about the people who died to give us these priveleges we now have. Is it not rude for her to do this, as she enjoys our country, shouldnt they show respect?

If it makes any difference, i live in Canada
