There are good things and those that aren't so good about each time. I have some lovely memories of my childhood that were very happy times and others that weren't. As an adult I am more content with myself and can change many of the things that would keep me from being happy. I'm learning to enjoy whatever stage I'm at in life.

I am happier now than ever. Joy came when I stopped trying to control my life and gave it to the Lord. Now each day is a new beginning with such joy I never felt in my youth.

I'm much happier as an adult than I was as a kid, except perhaps my fourth grade year and the summer before that.

Two best periods in my life:

My early childhood in the late 40's and 50's - free, experimental, joyful, innocent and full of discovery and wonder and much love.

The period when my children were young...what great fun we had together!

I had great dreams as a child - but they didn't come true. I'd say, taking everything into account, that I'm happier now than I ever was. This time its not a dream, its for real.

I'm calmer but on the other hand I expect less. My childhood and youthful years were better because at least I was more optimistic and believed in things.

I am much happier now because I can make my own decisions ,eat when and what I want without too many complaints. I don't worry about "what if" anymore. I accept what life has to offer and deal with problems when they arise.

I am happy now but I was happier in my childhood and in my teens.

I wasn't always happy as a child and I am not always happy as an adult,however I had alot of happy times then and now just different things make me happy now than what made me happy as a child.

Well, they both have their happy times and their sad times, but in general I'd say I was happier as a kid. You don't have anything to worry about when you're a kid.
