If they take it from you they would toss it in the first trashcan, because they believe they already know more than you do.

The LDS application for youthful adult adult males has 2 factors. One is the BSA this is the pastime arm of the greater youthful mens application. the different is the Aaronic priesthood which provides teachings and repair possibilities to help youthful adult adult males come unto Christ, study the thank you to serve and alter into sturdy husbands and fathers. The BSA fits rather nicely with the objectives of the church. If that ameliorations, then the church will in all threat create it somewhat is very own application. The BSA is a very healthy enterprise and alertness. person leaders could get a historic past verify and each and each twelve months could finished a sort that explains policies that shelter the greater youthful adult adult males. as an occasion, there could consistently be 2 adults and a toddler could in no way be on my own with an person. additionally, adults are to now not sleep interior the comparable tents as youthful adult adult males, or use loos on the comparable time. i'm confident that there are some gays which could be completely in charge and respectful to the ideals of the boy scouts yet an energetic gay has no place interior the BSA in any respect.

You obviously have not learned the trick. I had a real nice lady show up at my place one morning and left me a copy of the watchtower. I was ready for her the next Saturday morning. I answered the door at 8:30 AM with a beer in my hand, wearing nothing but my under-ware, and asked her in for a drink and to discuss the JW religion. That was almost two years ago and I have been left alone ever since!

No.

During their formal ministry, Jehovah's Witness ministers are instructed not to accept any religious writings from householders. For many decades, it has been felt that accepting such literature would tend to imply some lack of conviction on the part of the minister, even where there is no actual lack of conviction.

Jehovah's Witnesses already believe that they have the truth, and are engaging in a God-given, Christ-assigned work of sharing it. Of course, an adherent of another religion is invited to go from house to house looking for Jehovah's Witnesses and other godly persons. It's just that the work has proven impossible for persons without holy spirit.

(Matthew 10:7,11,14) As you go, preach, saying, ‘The kingdom of the heavens has drawn near.’ ...Into whatever city or village you enter, search out who in it is deserving... Wherever anyone does not take you in or listen to your words, on going out of that house or that city shake the dust off your feet.

Incidentally, Jehovah's Witnesses do not feel that it is "sinful" to read non-Witness religious writings. Clearly, the publications of Jehovah's Witnesses could not accurately quote from non-Witness sources unless a Witness had read it.

No we are not and as a Jehovah's Witness I think it is a little hypocritical, especially since we feel that people are rejecting Jehovah when they don't take ours.

I have yet to see anyone but a JW have the gumption to actually motivate their 'flock' to come to MY DOOR!
You are obviously a hater of JW's. GET OVER IT ALREADY!
OR at least look up the words of the man Gamaliel?
