I am so sick of this crap. I just read a question from a girl asking if she's a "retarded dancer." As the family member of a mentally retarded person, I find this incredibly offensive. Of course, it's easy to pick on the retarded because they can't defend themselves, unlike when you refer to someone as the "N" word. Can people stop being so ignorant, stupid and offensive? If you met an actual retarded person, you would find that they are not very different from yourself, they just have a child-like mind. What's so silly about that?

years ago while watching the news my wife and i watched as this old guy walked right out of our kitchen came up to us leaned over our coffee table to look at us the turned and walked away, since then he threw a loaf of bread at my wife while we were in the kitchen, my kids know i dont like the doors closed to our bedrooms and we come home from shopping and all the doors will be closed, we wake up in the morning to find all our kitchen cabinets and drawers open, he likes to drop the folded laundry of the folding table, he shakes our beds from time to time, and will actually tap you on the shoulder, you will turn around just to see him fade out, my to oldest see him in the back yard walking around, we talk to him once in awhile and if he gets to noisy at night we tell him to stop it and he does,, its not scary at all and we have lived with this for years, sometimes when i leave for errands i tell him to start cleaning the house and when i get back the broom will be lying on the floor,

Atheist, a question:

You all do not believe in God. Accordingly, our existence is completely meaningless. If our existence is pointless and that we're all doomed to just die and waste away, what's the point of coming to Y! Answers to discourage believers? Wouldn't your efforts to discourage believers, according to your logic, be completely pointless if we're all going to die one day and cease to exist?
