What about the "Little Ice Age" that caused the rise in rat and flea populations leading to the Black Death? A full third of the population of Europe died! Clearly these were signs of the end of days, right?

the translation constantly used in the "end of days" junk is a mistranslation. The scholars are speaking of the end of an age, the age of Aquarius, not the end of time, or the end of life.

The christian church is little more than a modern day sun god cult with a text book. I'm not saying Christians are bad, or wrong, I can't prove god is their imaginary friend any more than they can prove their isn't a solid gold tea pot orbiting the sun.

Don't worry The earth was here for 4.2 BILLION years before us, and will be here many many years after us and god will have nothing to do with it.
