There are still Milkmen they just use a truck, I know I had all my milk products delivered twice a week until last year when he became to expensive.

The question you are asking is very difficult as most jobs have grown and expanded but still exist in most countries. Third world countries where the cost of technology for the majority is cost prohibitive. I would have to say court jester.
