They are in line with the fire in Cali. I know they are atheists, but forget that, they won't mind if they make it out alive. lol.

I seem to be an animal and child magnet. They flock to me. Today I met a 13 year old chiuaua mix who doesn't like anyone who couldn't get enough of me. He climbed all over me. Kissing me all over the place. Saturday I met a newborn calf who was a newborn and lethargic. In five minutes I got it up and nursinging in five minutes. Later that day I had two monarch butterflys clinging to my tee shirt for more than an hour. I save bees and wasps from puddles and have never bern stung. Kids flock to me. Even when I don't want it. What do you call that? Parents tell me I have a gift I just don't know exactly what it is.

I bet there are a few of you out there...don't be afraid to speak up.

Isn't that the un-Christlike thing to do? Throw away your trash when it can be someone else's treasure is not a teaching of Christ.

As Robert A. Heinlein once said: "Theology is never any help; it is searching in a dark cellar at midnight for a black cat that isn't there. Theologians can persuade themselves of anything."

I agree with R.A. Heinlein do you?

My husband recently felt God calling him into the ministries. He had thought maybe a youth pastor. I support him in whatever he wants to do. I'm just nervous about myself being a "pastor wife". I'm a religious person but very young in my walk. I have prayed about it. But does anyone have advice for me. And can you pray for me too.

Buddhists believe that Buddha escaped the cycle of rebirth, right? The Dalai Lama is the reincarnation of Buddha, isn't he? What up with that?

" God isnt robocop " and He " lets us get raped to make us grow " ? These are answers that were on my previous question. Thats the sickest thing anyone can say about " God ". Then you are saying He is some passive guy in the sky that COULD stop a rape but WONT so we can grow ? You have GOT to be kidding me. Then why dont we emulate Him and do nothing when we see people hurt ? Why dont we invite the abuser over to abuse our other sisters so they can all get closer to God ? What kind of logic is this ????? You are making God a bi-polar hippie peace pipe passafist. SORRY....I cant accept that.

I know that a lot of people donate money, food, and blood to the red cross. To get items from the red cross, they need your name, address, Social Security and etc. I heard that the red cross billed people in New Orleans for food and other stuff post Katrina. Why are these people being billed when these things are donated? Why do people pay for blood when blood is donated? PS the donated money should had paid for the red cross to get to the location and pay their workers.

I'm just curious. The four noble truths seem parsimonious. Alot of it seems like it could be verified empirically ( through the use of our senses)
