Could you give me some different Bible translations from that verse?

When you see them, do you think that this verse justifies the Watchtower Society's continually changing its teachings back and forth?

If you’re dead these is no physical being or presence… How does one throw something which has no mass and therefore no inertia or momentum? Remember f=ma!

Also if one has no physical being than one would also have no nerves or pain receptors. So being thrown (if there was something to throw) into a lake of fire would be no different than being thrown into a Lake of Jell-O brand pudding or 18 year old single malt scotch for that matter.

So…. What is the big deal or are these just more empty threats?

Where do you believe love comes from?" Have you ever wondered how it is you have the strong emotion of Love?

This would be more than meets the eye...

The love of children, Honesty, truth.. Love for humankind, animals, the earth...

Love for long suffering...

And yes love of your husband or wife... How would you openly explain, NO, "define love." And how it was embeded in your heart?

She asks loud questions and will insult patients. The doctor is bullied by her (plastic surgeon)and it's a fiasco. She claims she is being assertive and it's her right since she's fifty years old. Should I send her an anonymous letter telling her to tone it down? Her loud crude manner makes me cringe and various patients have told me she is too "street" and they will not return?

My oldest daughter, I kid you not, I believe sometimes that there was a mix-up at the hospital. This can't be MY child!

She constantly let others use her, and take advantage of her. She won't fight, physical or verbal. No one in my family is like this, neither was her father and difinitely not me.

I must admit she did teach the family about 'hugging' and saying, 'I love you'. My mother and three oldest aunts never embrace or said those words to each others. But, growing up, S would hug them on each visit and always tell them she love them. During the years, I notice they started doing the same to each others.

However, at age 38 she's still the same meek person. Looking for her siblings and I to come to her rescue.

Yes. She does calling crying when she's in trouble.
Trouble, I might add, her meekness got her into.

I see many posts on here that Jews don't believe in hell. However, I notice that the Jews that Jesus talked to (and yes, I am aware that Jews do not count the New Testament as scripture and that this question could get a lot of sarcastic answers accordingly, but know that this question is asked with good intentions and out of genuine curiosity, not derision) frequently asked Him how they could obtain eternal life. Did the Jews of that time also not believe in hell? Then why did they ask about eternal life?

Again --- I realize that many could post that Jews didn't say that or didn't believe it or that the New Testament is all made up --- I think you all know the kind of answers I am trying to avoid ---- but I would very much like serious answers to this question, and I'm not trying to proselytize with the question.

I don't understand why this guy is so popular. Christianity Lite (if it's Christianity at all). Doesn't know his Bible. Never talks about sin, repentence or judgment. I really have to pray to keep from hating this guy.
