Sure, religion is an attempt at explaining our existence, and Jesus was our "savior", but why do we need him? Would things still be the same if Jesus never existed? I thought people were supposed to follow the bible and believe in it, instead of just following the belief in the existence of Jesus.

Ah, you religious people are goofy.

Can karma be applied to Christianity?
I think that if you are a good person and you are honest, caring, loving and kind, God will give it back to you but instead of in the next life, like what Hindu believes, he gives it to you in this life.

Or vise versa, if you are mean, corruptive and angry all the time, God will give it back to you.

What do you think? Is it possible to apply karma to christianity?

We live in a rural community, and our church is trying to redecorate/remodel an old building that used to be our church. We want to make it a place that will give back to our community. I often complain about Jehovah's Witnesses because the cause the useless deaths and molestation of innocent children with their illogical and flawed polices. Should I keep my mouth shut and not warn people about this?

What if priest were still molesting children and covering it up? Should I just ignore it and not complain? Should the news channels not report on it? Why do people always say, "Leave them alone, mind your own buisness" when a religion is hurting people or causing problems in society?

I've developed a theory about Jesus and I was wonder if anyone has had any experiences that can justify it.
Just plainly....do you think it's true?

....When bad things in your life happen, God will give back good it return...

What do you think?

For example:
You fail a test at school, but it's a beautiful day outside.
You get in a fight with your friend, but they call you up later and apologize.
You miss the bus, but it turns out it was a snow day anyways.

I just think when ever bad things happen, you will be re-embersed with good things.

Kind of like Karma....

I live in an apartment building on the middle of three floors. We got new neighbors upsatairs about two months ago. We figued they would quiet down before too long.
But it hasn't gotten better, only worse. They vacum at 7 am, have sex on a squeaky bed around Midnight, run, jump, and drop things all hours of the day, they yell, they DROP A LOT OF THINGS in the middle of the night, and many more things I don't have time to post.

But is there a nice way od telling them to be better neighbors other then kicking their butt, or writing nasty notes? If anybody has a good note idea, please write it up, as I am a grumpy guy at times, and last time I wrote a note of complaint I was fired soon after.
