How did Christianity lose it's way?

The way of life followed by Yeshua and Paul and the other Apostles is radically different from what we see today. Why?

You had all kinds of heretical sects even back in the days of Paul and the apostles. The wheat will grow up with the tares and God will sort them out in the end. As D. James Kennedy put it.. There is the visible church (which is all who profess to be Christian) and within the church there is the invisible church(or true believers who have a regenerate heart). It's been this way since the beginning of the church. But also throughout the centuries, no matter what attacks have been leveled at Christianity it has continued to grow. As Jesus said, the gates of hell will not prevail against His church. God bless!!

Mainly by compromising with the world and adopting paganism

You would have to qualify what you mean by "different" because there are people who believe Yeshua and Paul taught two different things. To such extremes people can go. Of course, the Catholic Church adopted many unbiblical practices which had to be abolished by Protestantism. The Protestants understood the Bible (esp. Paul's writings) differently so many denominations sprang out.

Only if you focus on the specifics will you be able to say who has lost the way.

Because it has been watered down in many ways. Thats why we have so many different denomonations. It first started back in ancient rome when the church their started including rituals and customs of other religions which was the beginning of the catholic church and many sprouting from them carrying parts of its false doctrine. Its when we try to fit in with the world that gets us astree.

Paul knew this was going to happen after he'd pass on, this was a concern of his, transmitted in one of his writings, saying: I suspect that after I am gone greivious wolves would come in and bring in damnable herecies.

The moment the last apostle died which I beleive to be John for he died of natural cause being well advanced in years,....... Satan saught an opportunity to deviate the followers from the truth, remember the parrable of the sower who planted it's seed and some fell by the wayside which was trampled down?

This parrable as explained by the Messiah has to do with the word wich fell by the wayside, which are those who hear the word and then Satan comes and takes the word out of their hearts so they won't beleive and be saved.

This is what has happened to those of that generation for not mantaining the apostles doctrine which can happen to us as well if we deviate from what is written, and when Catholicism arose from these incredibly idolutrous nations which are Rome and Greece they brought with them these damnable herecies exactly as Paul predicted, these could be seen as tares among the wheat for they aclaim that they are following the messiah and this is where the "GREATER SIN" is, that they have mixed the teachings of the messiah with that of idol worship and portray the messiah as a sinning imbasil who is not learned in the bible infact they portray him as being disconnected from the source which is the word of G-d, but they are ministers of Satan, and they spread there deceit to everyone they minister too.

But we who beleive in him know that he and his word are interlaced with each other, they are not seperated and cannot be seperated, because he is one with the word.

So....... can't you understand why jews have a difficulty of excepting him as the messiah? If there is a reason I think this one is as good as any.

But nevertheless we are all required to enter through the narrow gate, and we have been told not all will find it.

We are all accountable because we have been given a mind to rationalise, equate, investigate and sumarize, but even with all of these tools at our disposal it is the final choice you make that determines the outcome, because your rationalisation, investigation, equation, and your summary can be affected with imperfect judgment, as are these groups that do not consider their actions with their interpratation of scriptural texts.

With their soft voice and there agenda of helping the needy they aquire their disciples, and they, since are unlearned men and women and without any true descernment of what's written, become a disciple of Satan themselves, I am reffering to catholics and any other branching groups that have branch out from them.

These groups teach people to pray to "so called saints" they also call jesus's mother, the mother of god [how pathetic is that] they also teach to give reverence to 'statutes' and bow down to them as well, and they also light up insense and candles to them and being uncircumsized they teach falsely about the passover feast and the rememberance of the messiah's cup of wine and bread, for this is only for jewish observance no uncircumsized in the flesh of their foreskin may sit at the passover table if an uncircumsized man practices this feast it will be harmful to their soul because they partake of it without the proper will of G-d. All of this is what's called idol worship and false teachings, this is what we are forbidden to do by G-d's word, oh I amost forgot to mention, that after you demenstrate to them all of these things which they practice and do, they argue that they are not idol worshiping or teaching falsely "unbeleivable" talk about being blind!

Sin. God cursed the earth for that reason. We are all falling and we cannot go back. That is why Christ had to step in to save us. Christ allows this so that in the very end of the earth, He can reveal His glory.
