I'm not an atheist, but I like this question.

Before he sailed to The Galapagos Islands on The Beagle, he might have been full of gaiety, but the during the voyage he was plagued with seasickness, and was the favorite scapegoat of the Beagle's captain. As such, his cabin experienced the greatest amount of motion, leaving him seasick throughout much of the journey. After the journey, he was beseiged with staunch critics, and suffered from a tropical illness that he was never able to shake. No more gaiety for Darwin.

Smile. Are atheists the only group of people famous for historic gossip collection? Why don't you ask the rest of the world? Some of them might be weird enough to be curious about it. His life's work is more than enough information for me.

Actually, I don't know any atheist who would care one way or another. We tend not to discredit a person's value because of their sexual orientation.
Guess that's another area where atheists differ from many Christians.
EDIT- The Other Depressed, that was Einstein who married his cousin (Elsa).

Why, are you looking to refute his theories on the grounds that he was a homosexual? That's a bit of a stretch, don't you think?

oh go ahead and continue your witch hunt... I'm sure you'll find a dirty little secret about someone that you could use against them. Hope you don't have any secrets yourself.
