I want to start meditation. suggest me the types of meditation n the one which i should start off with at first,hw long should i meditate a day n is it necessary to meditate everyday?. My primary aim is to develop good concentration power which i could put into studies. also i want to control my anger n come out of depression. i feel useless in life. I was never successful wid friends. Lately i've been hurting my loved one's around me due to my behaviour n habits. i want to be calm n understand the feelings of my loved ones n the pain which they go through coz of me. although i don't have any bad habits or evil thoughts, i hurt people by words.im very sensitive n get emotional at petty things.i want to develop confidence in me n become strong at heart n successful in life. So i thought mental salvation is the only way out. plz help me out wid this.i would like to know the step by step procedure for practising meditation.im not a religious person n prefer spirituality. thanks in advance

Hi all,
I'm French and need to translate a document with this sentence "Where this leaves xxx is not clearly known". Could someone express it differently, cause I'm not sure of the meaning ?
I understand something like "We don't know at which point/level xxx is concerned", is it correct or not?

ok God.Jesus Christ. the holy spirit. if you look at it how can a women get pregnet with out sperm or any kind of sexual intercourse. Jesus christ,in the bible does it really say he came back after three days from dead. I dont get influencd easilt but i saw Zeitgeist a Documentary about christianity. it talks about horus the egyption "son of god", has the same exact story of jesus christ. its unbelievable. but horus came 1st. its a movie explaining how god is the SUN and people just made up religion based on the sun because the sun is the most powerful thing in the universe. supposly.Now my family is very religious and i understand how important it is to respect some one who does and does not beliefe in god.but if you check out the documentary it kind of make senses how poeople are believing less and less in god.Maybe were smarter and have better thinkin.My grandma who is old tells me how the cathlic church would scare them into believing in god.God loves us why would he sent us 2 hell
