Nova means nothing in Spanish, maybe you mean:

novia= bride, fiancée, girlfriend
or
nueva= new (feminine)

"Nova" means new (fem) in Catalan language:
És una taula nova= It s a new table

To my knowledge the word nova doesn't exist in Spanish. It is however a Portuguese word meaning "new", specifically referring to something feminine. For example "Eu comprei uma casa nove hoje", "I bought a new house today".

Hope this helps!!!

As said, 'nova' means 'new' (feminine) in English.

There's a GM car in the UK called the 'Nova' but it doesn't sell in Spain because 'No va' (two words) means 'it doesn't go!' Not the best name for a car.
