Please define God.

P.S - A concept has a genus and a differentia. The role of the definition is to describe both.

Please treat this as what it is. A question. I'm not calling catholics demoniacs.

In the first chapter of the Gospel of Matthew, verses 24-25 it states:

"Then Joseph, being aroused from sleep, did as the Angel of the Lord commanded him and took to him his wife, and did not know her til she had brought forth her firstborn Son. And she called his name Jesus."

A plain reading of the text, to me, indicates that once Mary had delivered Jesus she and Joseph began a normal husband/wife relationship..that is, he "knew her" as in carnal knowledge. They had sex from that point on, ending Mary's virginity.

Catholic response? Again, it's a only a question!

I've been called a "w****" because I'm white and my fiance's black; I wonder why can't some stupid people just see me for what I really am: a WOMAN, deeply in love with her wonderful MAN? Many stupid racists keep saying that those black men who date/marry white women, just do so because we're "easy", "submitted" and "sl****ty" in bed, I wonder, how can these people be so shallow? I'm no traitor, and no submitted w****, I just love my man with all my heart; is that a crime just because our skin color is different????

Yes he is a convicted criminal. Blasphemy was what he was convicted and sentenced for. Why is there such a whitewashing of his criminal past going on?

As a material person wants to satisfy their body? And the body wants and wants and is never satisfied?
Whereas the spiritual person wants to satisfy their soul? And they know that to do that, one must learn to control the desires of thier body?

If you have not accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior you need to pray the following prayer!

Dear God:
I know that I'm a sinner. I deserve Hell. But You sent Jesus to die for my sins. I believe that He died and rose again. I ask you now to forgive my sins, once an for all. I now receive Jesus Christ as my Lord and Personal Saviour. Please come into my heart and save me, Help me to know I am saved and live for You, the rest of my life. In Jesus' Name I pray, Amen.

having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ during her acceptance speech. The school wants her to appoligize for speaking about Jesus in her speech and she can get her diploma back. Well needless to say the girl and her parents have a law suit against the school now and trust me, THE SCHOOL WILL LOOSE. Regardless of your view of Christianity is it right for the school to take away this girls diploma? What if a Muslim was validictorian and said "I thank Allah and praise Muhammed"? Personally it wouldn't bother me one bit. What are your thoughts?

This would indicate she really wasn't born of God and so isn't in heaven today.

Do you think it is because she was deceived with a different Jesus & a different Gospel? Because Jesus supposedly called her to this mission. But then Jesus was absent once she got there. That a different Jesus (a false one) called her. And she loved this false Jesus at first. The things her Jesus said to her, my Jesus would never say to me.

Her lack of connection to God is contrare to bible teaching. There are bible promises that God will never leave us or forsake us, etc... That the Holy Spirit confirms in our spirits that we are the children of God & can pray Heavenly Father 24/7.

Do you "cherry pick" your truths? By cherry pick, I refer to the practice of selecting only evidence that supports your claim while discarding any data that contradicts it.

I ask this because when a non-theist points out apparent flaws in the Bible by comparing contradictory scriptures, we're accused of "cherry picking" and taking those passages "out of context". Yet, when a Christian cherry-picks evidence that seems to discredit science (e.g., the Theory of Evolution) while discarding the bulk of evidence, that's okay. Seems to be something of a double standard, don't you think?

Every time I flip through the channels, I see some woman desperately searching for "her baby daddy." Some of these women have tested 20 different men! Does it do a disservice to the black community to perpetuate this stereotype? And why haven't black leaders stepped forward to tell their women to stop degrading themselves by going on these shows.

Whenever you hear about Prince Charles or Prince Harry or William, you never hear their last name. Do they have one? I know this is a silly question but I have never heard so I am curious. Thanks!

I am from India and working in the US, I am being screwed because of my caste and religion. I went to some hate sites and responded to them. Now I realize that every person I know is a supporter of those sites. People are grouped up against me. They send people to scream at me and I cannot say anything back because they are all ganged up against me. They are monitoring my every activity, Tracking all my mistakes and using everything against me. The only friends I had were the ones who were there to spy on me, to get me into controversial arguments and collect every word I said. I am not able to do anything freely because they are tracking me all the time. They are monitoring my internet activity and tapping all of my phone calls. This has been going on for the past three years. I had given my Yahoo mail password to one of the crooks and I dont know what he did with it. I cannot go to a lawyer because I have no proof. I want to ask for an inverstigation and dont know how to go about it.
