And what IS your truth? I was Christian and saw the truth that it was a book religion and many (not all) preached it rather than lived it. That was not for me so I converted to Wicca because I believe that my creator is in everyone and everything. I also know that it is NOT the only path to salvation like many would have you believe! Please do not try to convert me back because your Truth is not the same as mine!

It was through the foolishness of preaching I was made aware that I was a sinner and in need of salvation.

And it was the most earth moving event that has ever transpired in my life. He filled me with so much love, some twenty five years later, I still have that love.

When Jesus enter into your heart, nothing will ever be the same. The love you have cannot be explained. And you know it is from God. For only God can be no respector of persons. Because he loves each and every one of us. Not wanting any of us to perish, but all to come to him and be saved.

Thank you Lord. I love you Lord.

I saw the truth myself. True, I was raised in a Christian family, but for awhile I had doubted, and researched the Bible myself. I have the decision to become an atheist, but I won't, because I am happy with my religion.

Found the truth with God's help on the darkest night of my life, the night I was going to kill myself.

Eventually, He led me into His word - and I spent one week reading the Book of John, asking Him every night "Can this be true? Is this true? Please God open my heart and mind and let me know if this is true!"

By the end of that wonderful, life-changing week - I knew the truth.

And the truth had set me free.

I had heard the story of Jesus dying for me for several years as a child, but when I reached 16, the amount of love it took for Him to DO that finally sunk in and absolutely melted my heart. I am now a grandmother and I will ALWAYS belong to Jesus!

I'd say a little of both. If i could tell you everything God has done in my life, as a result of this decision i made, you would make the same decision too.
