If someone does not believe in god, and they feel they have meaning in their life and it makes them happy, does anyone have the right to openly condemn what they do not believe?

Why do some christians condemn this lifestyle?

Because I mean if you wholeheartedly believe in something and you turn out to be wrong in the end of times then, it would be a let down, but it would be less of one then when we get to the end of days and ya'll stand before Almighty God condemned for not believing in Christ . . .

So why can’t women remember to put the toilet seat down before sitting down? One would imagine that after falling in several times, they would learn to check its position before plopping down on the toilet!

muslim women are treated like a human being, and my mom is treated like a queen at my home.
how about yours? take a look at some of your yahoo questions:

boyfriend beats me: http://answers.yahoo.com/search/search_result;_ylt=AomEEugFtNR3twWrtuRdJnYjzKIX?p=boyfriend+beats+me

the only different you never mention a christian man did it. but you will be so excited to say "a muslim man did it". that's how unfair a person can be. Islam, this beautiful religion protects our rights and our women. leave Islam alone, we already know its the true word from our lord.

For example, scientists have discovered rocks that are 3.8 to 3.9 billion years old by means of radiometric dating. Even some mineral diposits in these rocks date back to 4 billion years. How can rocks be older than the earth on which they lie? How can the Earth possibly be 6,000 to 7,000 years old as some claim? Here's my source: http://www.talkorigins.org/faqs/faq-age-of-earth.html#howold

I am planning a surprise party and left a phone number and an email address to RSVP to. The problem is that the email address was incorrect and was put on the invites. Once I realized they they had already been mailed. I assumed that if they e-mailed the incorrect address the e-mail would not go through and they would receive a failure notice, therefore they would get the clue to give me a phone call. I've only received one phone call as an RSVP and the party is in a week! Do you think people have been e-mailing the incorrect e-mail address? or is it typical for people to ignore the RSVP at the bottom of the invitation?

Up until recently, I have found it difficult to pray for blessings for myself, family, or friends. We know the Christian life is to be one of hardship (for the most part), right? So it seems to me that praying for blessings is praying to avoid hardship, thus praying to not face the life of a Christian. If it makes me or my family or friends happy, then it would be selfish to ask for. Extremely stated, we should be praying for more and more troubles and fewer and fewer blessings. I know my logic here is false somehow, after all, we also know that "Ye have not because ye ask not" and God truly wants to bless us. I also have thought in the past that we should honestly be looking at troubles as blessings, and good things are just accidental bonuses. I do pray now for such blessings, but honestly just b/c I feel it can't hurt -- and the whole not-praying bit was seriously destroying my Realationship. Any takers out there? Thanks to all, and God bless.

Dear God,
Help me to accept what you will do. Grandma will always be Grandma whether she is here on earth with her family or at peace with you. It is only my selfish humaness that fights your will.

In a coma she is neither here not there. Yet she is. Grandma will live forever in our hearts. I will keep her in a heavenly place where she belongs. I will always remember her with deep love, humor and wisdom.

Please help me keep things in proper perspective so I do not place myself into a man made hell. Her spirit, my spirit and yours are one, and that's all that matters. I will allow your energy to flow through me to give me strength and love.

Thank you and Amen

Praying for the lost souls! Pray you will Accept Jesus as your Savior! Before its too late! God bless! Be still and know that God is near. Wherever you may be; You cannot go beyond God's reach, He hears your faintest plea. He knows the problems that you face. The hurt you're going through; Because you are His own dear child. He wants whats best for you. He holds the future in His hands, He sees what lies ahead, And He will sately guide you through. This time that you now dread. O weary one, Know that God is near. Trust in His will and way; He is waiting there to help you. He is just a prayer away! Jesus loves you!

How did a small sect of ,primarily middle eastern, fanatics come to dominate the religous world? In all seriousness how can a religion that promotes murder for supposed sins, intolerance ,hates of others and outright bigotry spread like it did?

Was it thru fear of retribution that people converted or suddenly 'found god'? Was it thru intimidation? I know they will say that they 'found the spirit' or some of that nonsense.

Does anyone know how the historic greed, intolerance, bigotry and hate of the christian church became as big as it did? I mean you don't have to look very far to see the ethics of these..ahem...pillars of the community. Look in any local church and you'll see enough backstabbing and lying, not to mention idiocy, to make you wonder.

I just want to know what one factor (or was it a combination of factors) let christianity spread like it did. The historic violence of the sect helped im sure. But what other factors?

What say you?

Was it inborn or was there something that "opened your eyes"? (Besides reading a holy scripture, of course). I'm in great need for faith, please share your story. Thank you.
