Sounds like one of those psycho ones, you better tell your wife, so she is informed. Otherwise the 23 might start spreading rumors, when she gets turned down. Then you'll have to answer to the wife, if she doesn't know bout any of this. If you haven't done anything with the girl, then she should be understanding. Protect you and your family first.

She has an innocent crush. Big deal. Next week it will be on the mail delivery person. Have a tea party with her and your children.

Put up a tall fence with barbed wire. Do you really need help with this? You say no. My guess is that you're not giving her a clear rejection or else she wouldn't continue. Unless she's psychotic, in which case you'll probably need a restraining order.

Continue turning her down. If that doesn't work, tell her she's making you uncomfortable and that you will take legal actions to keep her away from you. Then go to the local police department and request a restraining order on the grounds that she's harassing you. And maybe speak to her parents and recruit their help in keeping her away from you, maybe they don't know what she's doing?

Have your wife talk to her about how inappropriate it is to go after other women's husbands, and if that doesn't work you both need to speak to your neighbor about it. She is being extremely rude and her parents should have taught her better values/morals.

Is the NEIGHBOR 23 or is the DAUGHTER 23? From your sentence structure, it looks like your neighbor is 23. How old is his/her daughter?
If you're married, tell her THANKS FOR BUT I DON'T THINK MY WIFE WILL LET ME DATE AT MY AGE.

mention to her mother that she is asking you out- or better yet-your wife. I'm sure either of these woman will set her straight!
