That's the way it is here too. Last week it had been 105 and today, it's nicely overcast but just a little humid. It's kind of nice for a change. We went to church and had lunch at IHOP.
We all agreed it was the way we liked Sundays to be. I hope you're having a good Sunday too.

Well, Granny, we're sort of overcast, too. The sun peeks out from time to time, and it's 90 degrees and humid.
They've promised us a break this week. We'll see if they're lying (again!) or not.
Actually, our house has been comfortable. We've had the a-c on 77 up and down all summer, and believe it or not, sometimes that's chilly!
Isotope, I wish I lived in the mountains near you. I love the mountains, and you could bake me cookies. I never met a cookie I didn't like!

Today was actually a decent day here in Southern Ontario. It was up about 78F with no humidex. And the sun came out this afternoon as well.
While it was still overcast this morning, I was out in the garden weeding. I haven't been able to do that lately because the humidex has been up over 100F for the last few days.

It is perfect. North Florida is over cast. Under 90, rain expected any moment. After a drought we had nice showers yesterday and then will have them again this evening. But it was clear long enough for the grandkids to swim for 4-5 hours yesterday and 2-3 today.

Here in the Sacramento, Ca area it supposed to be 93, which is cooler than it has been in the past few days. But that is only a respite, as it is supposed to jump up to the 100's by mid-week. But that is always the case for this time of year.
And since the State Fair is running, it is always Hot during that time.

Well today it is 83 degrees (3:30pm here so temp will soon drop). It is not sunny, but very humid and muggy. I can smell the rain coming, it's amazing how the weather changes. Friday it was 62 degrees, Sat. 96 and now Sun. 83.
The lovely NE weather.

It was cloudy in the beginning and very humid. But the sun came out and dried up some of the moisture. It is at least bearable enough for me to get my evening walk in. Still the air conditioner is on!

I live in Queensland Australia and we had our first recordable rainfall in 27 months on Thursday last, today it is about 24 C (72 F) and clear sky with no sign of rain .. so our weather is 'continuing drought conditions'
