Where in the bible does it predict that all christians would become giant whiners? Thinking you are being persecuted doesn't count as actually being persecuted.

there are a few people at my job in upper management that I don't get along with. I do fine with my staff and coworkers, but for some reason they have felt it ok to talk sh*t and I personally dont take it. my immediate boss and I are cool, but a few of those around on the account we've definitely had our words. I believe in a lot of respect and these people just dont have it. Since they are senior than me, they've asked that I be switched to another account. Its happened with 2 people that are really in need of getting laid in my opinion. The work i do is really good however. Always on time, I spend a lot of time making sure things are done correctly and professionally. Its just these personality clashes. I'm wondering if just based on your interactions with someone is that just cause to be terminated. I know I can "bite my tounge" or "grin and bear it" but quite frankly thats not the advice I am looking for. I want to know legally can I be let go based on the relationships. Thanks!

I don't just want to know about spells. I want to know as much as you can teach...i.e....potions, herbal remedies, tarot, herbs, kitchen witchery, runes, gods and goddesses, daily prayers and rituals, nature, energy...I want to learn it all! I'd like a solitaire to teach me. So nothing taught is not restricted or oath bound. Please teach me!

I just got back home.On the bus,I was sitting there listening to an old man,in about his late seventies. He was having a whinge about today's women. He said they they are too dominant in society, and it was better when they were basically barefoot and pregnant, and didn't have very many rights. He said that it was disgusting that women were ever allowed to have custody of children after divorce, and children belonged to the father. He thought that since the Bible said it was okay for parents to spank their child if he misbehaved,a husband should have the right to hit his wife if she wasn't being obedient or submissive enough.Do you get tired of these sorts of people hiding under the cloak of religion?

I am taking a New Testament class at a local college. He says I must pick a 20th century edition of the bible to use for study. He will not allow me to use the version that I want to. Does this go against my religious freedom?

The majority of the residents of Chechnya and Dagestan are Muslims, however, do they follow the Sunni or Shia sect? I think that they're Sunni, because the majority of muslims are Sunni, but I'm not sure.

The truth is, i can't i have no proof. i have faith. the faith of a mustard seed. the faith that can move a mountain. that's what atheists and evolutionists lack. they have no faith. they need everything to be proven to them. i don't need "proof" to believe in something. i believe in it if it sounds right.

Back in May, my husband's co-worker went to visit family in another country. She needed someone to watch her cat for three months and since we have 10 cats, she asked us. We agreed and the day before she left, she brought the cat over. She was due to come back on August 1.

We didn’t hear from her at all. Then, a few weeks ago, one of my husband's co-workers told him that she'd called the workplace. She was back in the States, but in another city. She said she'd lost our number and would be a week late coming back. Two weeks went by. Finally, my husband asked co-workers if they'd heard from her. They said they had. Apparently she "met" someone and jetted off to yet another country for an indefinite time.

I'm finding myself feeling angry, annoyed and rather foolish.

The Christian Right lobbys in Washington D.C. for bills to be passed that hold Christian values, and in the Middle East the politics of the day are discussed durring times of prayer. Both want what their Ideology tells them would be a more perfect world ... unfortunately, these ideologies conflict. Thus, neither is "perfect" just for that reason.
Aren't Politician supposed to try to harmonize "We The People" and not promote the will of just those we worship with?

Correct me if I am wrong.
