Yes he does... but the richer kids don't appreciate it as much. They think that they are entitled. (not all, but some)

Overall I think that its not what Santa leaves behind that counts, it what it does for the kids to believe in something magical.

first of all kid Santa is not real, and yes they do get bigger and better presents because their rich snobby parents give it to them!

yes he does because their parents can afford to buy more gifts and more expensive gifts to their kids.
