No.
Among the most basic teachings of Rosicrucianism are reincarnation and its correlative, the immortality of the soul. “The Rosicrucians hold as a very important part of their teaching, the occult doctrine of Metempsychosis, Reincarnation or Transmigration of Souls, the essence of which doctrine is the survival of the individual soul after it passes from the physical body in death, and its reimbodiment in a physical body by a rebirth after a sojourn in the resting place of the souls.”
Were reincarnation true, there could be no resurrection, for no one would be dead, but all in a state of “transition.” But Jesus Christ plainly told us: “Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.” As for the so-called proofs of reincarnation, if everyone on earth lived before, then why only the rare exception when persons seem to remember having lived before, and why does only one in hundreds of millions turn out to be a prodigy such as Mozart if every last one of the human race is a reincarnation? No, such circumstantial evidence is all too strained, too tenuous, too slender a thread on which to tie the reincarnation teaching, even if it did not contradict the Bible!

Not in reincarnation. I do believe however that we will come back to earth as an angel and do good deeds for Jesus. I believe in heaven and earth and all things seen and unseen.
I believe that heaven is the final step to leading a "perfect" life. I believe that life on earth can also be hell. The bible never really discusses "reincarnation". Good question!!!

Ofcourse, reincarnation is true. How else can you justify the constant pouring in of souls (new births) and 'deaths'. You will be amazed that at any given point of time, the gross population of the world is always 'constant' no matter how many calamities happen. I am talking about population of 'living' creatures in totality and not just human beings. If there was just one birth for each one of us, then I pity the people who are born deprived and all for no fault of theirs. Probably the role of dice didnt go in their favor. The economic, social, emotional disparity is extreme on this planet and all very 'real', a phenomenon that can only be explained by the theory of 'karma' and linking of 'incarnations'. How often have you felt, that you have visited a certain 'place' before or have had a vision of an incident earlier? It happens all the time. This is the 'memory' embedded in the subconcious mind through thousands of birth & rebirths. Energy of the universe remains constant and souls are products of this energy reservoir. Energy converts into matter and vice versa. So, energy is not manufactured but recycled. Similarly souls are recycled from a common energy reservoir. More the 'energy', more dynamic is the human being and his destiny. This cosmos is an interplay of energy. When energy levels drop too low, there is also the danger of a person dropping in the cycle of evolution. In other words, an evil man who has exhausted all his energy in wrong doings in a single birth, may not be born a human again for a long time. We must all conserve energy to move forward in our next birth. There are a million levels of evolution within the 'human birth' itself, so till we dont attain perfection, we must increase our energy quota and attract fresh energy from the cosmos, through spreading happiness & joy in this world. By making others happy, energy is attracted and even bestowed from above. The theory of reincarnation has to exist, to punish the evil and reward the 'good'.
Tip: To attract fresh energy 'meditate' regularly. Use 'sound' to activate your cosmic presence, by mantra chanting. Chant aloud, for this sound will resonate in the cosmos for eternity.

Yes, because when I was a teenager, long before I ever heard of reincarnation or the possibility of it, I was hoping my next life would be better than this one.

No. Not in reincarnation but in resurrection.
Ist Corinthians chapter 15
verses
50: Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
51: Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
52: In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
53: For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
54: So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

I do not believe in actual human reincarnation. I do however believe there are 'familiar spirits' who have roamed/lived in this world for thousands of years, and as they visit people, THEIR experiences are what is being 'remembered' by the person.

You actually are a complex organism that was created and like all living things will eventually die. You will not come back as something else. Your body will decompose(depending on your choice of disposal) and what was "you" physically will be returned to the earth which is where you came from in the first place. The beautiful thing is that you are part of something extraordinary. It is a beautiful thing to be able to comprehend enough to pose a question like that.

I do. I believe it's asinine to think that we only get one chance to get it right in this place. I've read that if you have a strong liking for something, say you absolutely love Italian food or are drawn to say movies like Gladiator, you may have been Italian in a previous life or a gladiator or something like that. Also, birthmarks are supposedly "scars" from perhaps the manner in which you died in a previous life. Alot of religions believe in the concept as well. I'm not necessarily religious, but I believe in it.

no, not in the usual sense of the word. i do not believe that the soul as a whole returns. since i believe that everything is made of the same energy and everything issues from a single source, it's possible that parts of us may return. i just don't believe that the soul stays together after the death of the body. i believe that it falls back into the flow.
