As far as your beliefs, have you once ever questioned if you were possibly wrong and there was more to life than living this one life on earth? And if so, how long did it last and did you share your questioning with anyone? Serious question, seriosu answers please.

I ask because of Futurama. I know I know, its a cartoon, but in the episode when Bender gets sent off to space after he was shot out of the ship when he was sleeping in the torpedo tube. And then a meteor fell on him and then he had his own species to look after so he was playing a god like role. Then eventually they all died due to his mishandling and then he meet god and it said "When you do too much, the people depend on you, and when you do to little, they loose faith. When you do the right thing, people will think you didn't do anything at all." Even though it came from a cartoon, I think the statement rings true.

how can i grow some balls, i cry off of stoopit stuff and i dont have balls,like, when im playing sports, people will do something like throw MY basketball somewhere and i cant get it back, and i wont do anything.

also, little kids from ages 6-12 taunt me, i could be walkin down the street and some kid will be like "lookit u you big bum, u aint shlt!" and i will say something like isnt it past his bedtime, and he will say isnt it my bedtime, and i will feel stoopid because i DO have a bedtime and i probably go to bed earlier than he does.
, its like ima joke, sorta like the movie "me. myself, and Irene"

just answer how i can get some backbone plz, dont say something like "dont let poeple push u around!" or, "tell those kids to kindly give u your ball back"

that doesnt help me at all

free his people from Pharoah, why than did God sit back and allow 6 million..... yes 6 MILLION Jewish people, not to mention other groups to be brutally persecuted and killed by a monster regime? Were these Jews not descended from the Tribes of Israel?

This question is in know way meant to offend people. I just don't think allowing 9-11 million people in total to be killed is conscionable.
Why get involved in one matter but not another?

do u fast friday mornings during lent? my family doesnt eat meat friday nights, and of course we give up something(s), but last lent, the priest sed u could also fast friday mornings. i waz just wondering if other people fast friday mornings.

Servers in restaurants take orders, fill drinks, bring food, bring dessert, take care of your needs (if they want 20%) for the course of your meal. A pizza delivery person just brings it to you. Yet, people are saying a 20% tip is "normal". I'd like to know why.

So just two days ago, I met this guy named Paul who was a cousin of a friend of mine. Paul was visiting my home town temporarily and he would always flirt with me and try to get touchy with me and although I don't really find him attractive, I was somewhat drawn towards him. Even friends would notice he would flirt with me but the first day he was here, he met my friend named Theresa and according to his cousin, my friend, "I guess he likes talking to her or something because he's always like oh is Theresa coming? " and he called her up and said we (the gang) should hang out. I think he has something for her. What is funny is that I found out all this stuff about Theresa today and now I'm just so sad because I felt like all the attention he gave me was nothing and that me being drawn to him is useless. I feel inferior now. I mean he would still call me too but it doesn't seem to be the same way he called Theresa.

Can someone analyze this for me?
Btw, he went back to Canada today..

so i got my licese today.
i went to the mall with a friend.
on the way home it started to storm.
i was turning right on red.
another car was turning left..i didnt see it.
i hit her from the side.
there was a dent in her car but she didnt file a report.
she was just like im gunna be nice. etc.
i told my mom.
my dad would be pissed if he found out.
im just really uneasy about it.
i guess i in general feel guilty.
i really dont want her to out of the blue call my insurance co. or something.
idnt even know what she can do.
can someone just in general make me feel better about the situation.
please dont tell me that i am an idiot.
i mean other people wreck too right?

Is it rude not to invite certain children to my wedding reception?

Currently, I have 15 children invited to my wedding. They are all family members; nieces, nephews, first cousins of my Fi and I.

My friend (w/ no children) says it's rude not to invite the children of our friends and co-workers.

The cost of a child's plate at my reception site is $30. If we invite the children of friends and co-workers I'll have to add 20 kids. Having 15 kids will cost me about $500, but having 35 will cost me $1000. That's a huge difference. Our wedding already costing us A LOT b/c we have 130 guests. We orginally had list of 150-160, but we had to cut 30 adults b/c the cost was getting crazy.

This is really an issue of cost. But, we need to have our family there. My family is very important to me. Our neices and nephews are very close to us and we are huge figures in their lives. Our friend's children, not so much. We see them, but we're not close.

Of people exposing their religion? Do they see it as a personal attack, even though the rest of us - being Atheist, christian, jew, mormon or whatever, get attacked on here all the time. What is the harm in telling the truth about their sad religion? The truth is what helps us all understand so, i think its a good thing to know about how they promote violence against women & why they HAVE to be seen & not heard & why they have to be covered from head to toe. So...whats the problem muslimes?

How can anyone believe that Jesus' death on the cross was only for a select group of people after considering this verse?

Please do not pit Scripture against Scripture in an attempt to prove a Limited Atonement. Just exegete THIS verse. Thanks!

As if every one of us walks around flaunting our promiscuity.

I think I've seen and know about the same amount of homosexuals in serious loving relationships as heterosexuals. Well, I mean after the ratio is taken into consideration, so more like an average.

But this generalization seems to me incredibly hypocritical. How can they justify it, what are they using to back it up?
