There are so many end times prophecies circulating on the internet plus ones you've seen on TV about the world coming to an end, or changing drastically, so which one are you hoping won't come to pass.

so the entire wolrd hates us and thinks we are terrorists.
but we know in our hearts what our religion teaches right. so will we be able to get through this rough patch? i hope we can. what surprises me the most is that i am so kind to christians, jews, and those who follow other faiths. but most of them are so unkind to us. this is our sturuggle and i hope the fellow muslims agree that Inshallah we will get through it.

may the Lord keep our FAITH strong an dour hearts OPEN<3

my opinion is that they're completely different, but there's this certain christian man who is just convinced that harry potter will lead the little children to wicca. he hasn't read any of the books, and probably knows nothing about wicca, or any sort of witchcraft at all, but he claims J. K. used "the same words" as wiccan spells do. I did a little research and it looks like he's full of it, but I myself don't know much about "real" witchcraft (just harry potter). I know J. K. used latin for most spells, do wiccans use latin? any opinions/other facts on this matter would be great. thanks in advance!

Example: Women are commanded to cover their hair while praying but almost no Christian women follow this...why? If the Bible is truly God's word its light would shine for all time and be an example for all mankind. It would never become "outdated"?

OK guys, pictures of Vladimir Putin with his shirt off on a fishing trip are causing quite a stir all over the world. Personally I thought he looked pretty good for a middle aged man although a little flabby and oh so white. I noticed he's wearing a wedding ring on his right hand.
.
1.Any reations to the pics if you've seen them and
2.what's the significance of a man wearing a weddding ring on the right hand if any?

Currently,i'm helping at a hospice, but i feel what i'm doing is little,i plan to do more after my exams,to do something to benefit others, like raising public awareness so that ppl will realise there are alot of unfortunate ppl and will help them by donation,or i want to do something to help all those ppl,i have dreams, and i've been racking my brain but no ideas came up,and i'm only a teenager, with no help and i can't depend on my family for financial issues,i didn't find anyone who have the same passion with me,i've always thought of helping other very unfortunate countries, but i guess i should start small first, that is with my own country,i just want to make unfortunate ppl's lives better, maybe the poor, like giving food or clothes, but from where do I get ppl to help and the sources?and financial aid?i don't even have a license..maybe ppl who have experience in these kind of things can share with me..i really need help, thanks alot.

OK I have done some research here are the BIGGEST "so called" evidences
1-- Heidelbergman, found 1907(supposed to be ape-man link) turned out to be 100% human
2-- Nebraska man, found 1922(supposed to be ape-man link) a HUGE stretch from a STRANGE LOOKING TOOTH---turned out to be a pigs tooth
3--Piltdown man, found 1912(supposed to be ape-man link) 100% FRAUD...built from the jawborn of an ape, filed down teeth, and a mans skull
4--Peking man, found after WW1(supposed to be ape-man link) presumed to be baboon bones---also found at this site were REAL HUMAN BONES
5--Neanderthal man---turned out to be an old man who was stooped over because he had ARTHRITIS
6--Crow-magnon man, cave inscriptions where this man was found reveal that crow-mangon man wore pants, shirts and shoes....LOL
7--Colorado man---another fraud, built from a SINGLE TOOTH FROM A HORSE
8--Java man (homo erectus)--built form a skull cap of an ape and a thigh bone from a man they found 50 YEARS LATTER

Every field of Science is based on hypothesis and any of them can be flawed, according to Fundamentalists' logic.

So why do you trust those medicines at all? It's not good idea to trust Scientists/Physicists/Doctors, you know... makes you a "bad christian".

Instead... shouldn't you be doing something that has more powerful effect, and that cures instantly.. i.e. praying?

I have been told by my church that i cannot recieve the holy eucharist and that ive been excommunicated because i have been divorced, and because i wasnt married within the church in the first place, i did it through courts..

Is this legitimate for them to say this to me? is it a law implemented long ago by christian/catholic churches or is it just this particular churches decision to say this to me??

P.S. - any Weblinks and references will be HIGHLY appreciated as well..

thanks to all that reply....

NEW YORK - Morgan Freeman says the concept of a month dedicated to black history is "ridiculous."
"You're going to relegate my history to a month?" the 68-year-old actor says in an interview on CBS' "60 Minutes" to air Sunday (7 p.m. EST). "I don't want a black history month. Black history is American history."
Black History Month has roots in historian Carter G. Woodson's ***** History Week, which he designated in 1926 as the second week in February to mark the birthdays of Frederick Douglass and Abraham Lincoln. Woodson said he hoped the week could one day be eliminated — when black history would become fundamental to American history. Freeman notes there is no "white history month," and says the only way to get rid of racism is to "stop talking about it. "The actor says he believes the labels "black" and "white" are an obstacle to beating racism."I am going to stop calling you a white man and I'm going to ask you to stop calling me a blackman.

So, my guy is away in the military. For what seems like an eternity. I'm really feeling the strain on our relationship. I don't get to hear from him often, once every 2 weeks or so if I'm lucky. So, I'm feeling royally tested, but I don't know how he feels. You know, if his feelings are going strong & I'm just whining. So I did a reading.

What He Feels for Me: The World, 6 of Cups, Empress
What He Desires: 9 of Pentacles, Knight of Cups
The Problem: Death, The Lovers
Advice: 10 of Cups

"What He Desires" threw me for a loop. Perhaps he wishes that *I* would write *him* more often? Is the appearance of Death an indicator that his feelings may be waning, an indicator of the negativity that I may be projecting, or is it simply speaking of our forced separation? Would love some help with the whole spread. Thanks in advance.
