All that creates has to have once been created, wouldn't you say so?

I would like to hear from all different religions and all different views. This question is not limited to Christians alone.

I have an unpopular answer. I think that people more or less created God. I'm not saying that we created the creator. I'm just saying that man created the image of the creator. I'm sure that the same creator created all of us, but we created religion. WE created the rifts in beliefs and practices. If God doesn't say who he or she is, we are left to imagine that for ourselves. So, we come up with the image and idea of God. This further helps people live and die with a little peace. Imagine how bad it would be if no one had an idea of what happens to them after they die. It was probably like that millions of years ago. Someone had to come up with a system to govern human life; thus religion. Without religion at all there would be worse anarchy than is already present.

Hitler said that if you tell a lie often enough and loud enough people will believe it to be true. I think religion is nothing more than extremely popular and customary beliefs passed down for generations (Christianity being the most popular). Nothing more.

I believe that there is a God. I'm just comfortable with the idea that I don't know who or what it is. I'm just glad to have my time on earth.

Yes, I've wondered the same thing.
Everything and everybody has a beginning. Or does it?
Did life suddenly popped up out of nowhere? Did it form from something non-living(and where did that come from)? What created this god? People's imagination? Something even more powerful than god? Out of nowhere? etc., etc........
I concluded that this whole thing is just pointless. Finding the answer to this may change our perspectives of the world and maybe something else as well. But that's just it. It's not going to benefit anything. So why bother putting any effort into it? It's not going to make the world a better place or anything like that.

All of you non-believers need to accept Christ into your heart before it is too late for you. Don't wait til your deathbed...you might not get that chance. There is a great peace in believing. It is really sad to read some of the previous answers to this question. I did not accept Jesus until about age 26...after the birth of my son. I was overwhelmed with emotion to think that God gave up his lovely son so that I may live an eternity. Very overwhelming. What do you have to lose in believing this? Thing about what you will lose if you are wrong and I am right? Think about the peace having God with you will bring. There is nothing like putting my head on my pillow at night and laying out my feelings to HIM. God bless.

The One True Answer You Will Read For This Question:

Say: He is Allah, the One and Only; Allah, the Eternal, Absolute; He begetteth not, nor is He begotten; And there is none like unto Him.]112:1-4

He Begetteth Not, Nor Is He Begotten

in case you do not know Allah, Heis my Creator, your Creator, Jesus peace be upon him Creator and everything in the world...

[Allah is He, than Whom there is no other god; Who knows (all things) both secret and open; He, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

Allah is He, than Whom there is no other god; the Sovereign, the Holy One, the Source of Peace (and Perfection), the Guardian of Faith, the Preserver of Safety, the Exalted in Might, the Irresistible, the Supreme: Glory to Allah! (High is He) above the partners they attribute to Him.

He is Allah, the Creator, the Evolver, the Bestower of Forms (or Colours). To Him belong the Most Beautiful Names: whatever is in the heavens and on earth, doth declare His Praises and Glory; and He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.]59:22-24

God was created by man as a means of control, an attempt to understand this wonderful, natural chance creation.
God is not some old guy with a long grey beard, watching over us in heaven. God is creation, not the creator! Worship
the ground you walk on, the air that you breath.

All that creates would have to also be created? Not really, and this is why: Your premise follows natural law. But God would be SUPERnatural: not bound by natural laws. God would operate outside spacetime, as a supernatural being: not bound by time, and therefore, have no beginning and no end. His "brain" would work infinitely fast, and therefore he would know everything even before it happens.

Your question is as difficult as the question, "What came first, the chicken or egg?" Did people create God or did God create people.

Better question would be if God did not exist then how did things get created?

What is this God you talk about? God in English means YHWH, the name God gave to Moses. From Genesis we know that God existed before He created everything we can observe.

Answer: God is one and He was not created by anyone.
