Adam and Eve is a story in the Hebrew scriptures. That means that, by default, Judaism was the first one to "believe" in it. There were plenty of religions before that with entirely different mythologies, though, all over the world.

Judaism was the first religion to believe in One God, the first one to believe in the Old Testament. Abraham was the first Jew. Adam and Eve and Noah and all those cats were not Jewish.
before that, there was polytheism, the belief in many gods. sometimes they were nature gods, like tree gods and moon gods, and sometimes they were supernatural gods.
and by the way people, the time of the Pharaohs in ancient Egypt was way after Judaism came into being. Judaism predates the Pharaohs.

According to the Jewish Torah [the Jewish scriptures], Judaism starts with Moses and the Giving of the Torah. Even the Patriarches were only proto-Jews. Judaism begins at Mt Sinai. Before Judaism, the World was ruled by the 7 Laws of Noah given to Noah by G-d after the Flood. These Law are:
You shall practice equity, establish and promote justice
You shall not commit Idolatry
You shall not commit Blasphemy
You shall not commit Sexual Immorality
You shall not commit Murder
You shall not commit Theft
You shall not eat the limb torn from a live animal. Flesh with the life of it, the blood of it, you shall not eat.
With the exception of the Law regarding eating animals, these Laws were first given to Adam in the Garden of Edan. There was no law about eating animals given to Adam because until the time of Noach, all humans were exclusively vegetarian. Only with Noach did G-d allow humans to eat animals and so, a law regulating at activity.
The 7 Laws of Noah are still in force concerning all non-Jews. Jews are ruled by the 613 Laws of the Torah. Please visit the links given in the 'source section' for more information.

There have been literally thousands of various gods throughout the ages. Before Christianity there were countless religions including Judaism. It is incorrect to think it was teh only one with a single god - not so. The Christian god is simply one more on a very long line of deities throughout the ages. And about as plausible ...

The Jacob (Israel) move his family to Egypt around 1700 BC. Again Egypt had a religion

Basically, all prophets of God told of one single religion which we muslims call The Hanif religion.. that is islam. All prophets conveyed the message of One God and One religion. They were so many before Moses and Ibrahim, but the single truth is there : Allah has created all things to worship him from the very beginning. Yet, man made bad turns along time and needed to be corrected . Even here in Egypt, we know of prohpets sent to ppl of this country.
So, the idea is not which religion came first. The thing is it has been one single religion throughout time.

Polytheistic religions like the Egyptians had, Sumerian religions, etc.
EDIT: actually I have to say that there was at one time a Pharoah in Egypt who tossed out all the polytheistic gods and made everyone worship ONE god, the sun god. So he was really before the Jews in worshipping ONE god - it's just that his was the sun.
After this Pharaoh died, he was shamed, all his temples were destroyed, his images defaced, etc. and the people went back to their polytheistic religions.

There were many varieties of polytheism, each with their own creation stories, some similar to the stories of Adam and Eve.

People had abandoned The Teachings of true prophets (Like Abraham) and started following their own Pagan Religions. Prophets like Abaraham who were true Prophets of God had the same message of the Oneness of God, but most people rejected this.
