Acting Like A Pharisee?
Jesus hung out with sinners. Picturing the scene portrayed above, can you see the expressions on their faces and hear the whispers being exchanged by the Pharisees? They were appalled that Jesus would sit down to a meal with "these" kinds of people. Can't you also hear the Pharisees saying, "I can't eat with you, you're a sinner!" Or "I can't be seen with you, you're a prostitute!" Or "I can't speak to you, you're of a different race!" But not Jesus!
Jesus didn't just heal the sick and openly forgive sinners. He called "sinners" to become part of His team! Just as His Father called David to be king and Moses to be a deliverer, Jesus called Matthew and Paul to be among those who would be privileged enough to walk with the Lord himself while he was here on earth and then continue His ministry after he was gone. Jesus had the right to pick only the best of the best to serve with him; after all, he was fully God, the Creator of all things. Jesus came to save, and serve, all people. He came to save us sinners. But, even more than that, he calls us to help do the same.
Who are we called to serve? We are called to serve the same "sinners" that Jesus came to serve. People just like us. Friends, are you answering that call? Are you walking right through the dirt and filth of this world to try to show it the love of God or are you tiptoeing through and side stepping your way around the stench just as the Pharisees did? If we believers won't go there, who will? If we aren't willing to serve the "sinners" of this world, how will they ever see the love of Christ among them? Think about that for a moment. Are we being imitators of Christ or are we acting like Pharisees?

Please actually answer my question. The Bible claims homosexuality is not acceptable. However, it also says that a person should be stoned for committing adultery. I do not think that anyone would advocate stoning anyone these days. Therefore it is argued that homosexuality is similarly no longer prohibited. So the Bible is not a reliable source for ethical guidelines. Right? Then why can't I sleep with my favorite sheep? On what philosophical basis will you deny me the love of my life?

I see many give reference to hades, so I'm wondering if any of you know exactly what hades is.
Hades is a plural word. Hade is the singular word. It is a physical thing and can be seen and touched by people.
Another clue is that almost all of the people on the earth has seen hades, yet are unaware of it. I can guarantee that every single one of you, no matter where your located, that can see and read my question has seen hades at least once.
Hades can be found under ground, on the ground, and above the ground. Where is hades and why does hades exist? By the way, hades is a word that is used in place of another word, do you know what that word is? that word is the answer and clue to the question. What is hades?

Ok. All I know so far is that I can't have sex before marriage. I want to be a good Roman Catholic and not go to hell or anything. Please help. Can I do any of these without it being a sin?

1. Kiss
2. French Kiss
3. Touching each other
4. Having him put his fingers in me

That's as far as I've gone and will go with him. Have I already committed sin? Will I have to confess? If one or more of these aren't allowed then I'll stop doing the one that I'm not supposed to. I'm just really worried that I did something wrong. Please answer all of my questions. Thank you so much.

I am concerned with your definitions people. Are you trying to say that Faith is the ability to work miracles? and that if you can't work a miracle you do not have enough faith? That is kind of cheap don't you think? Its like some kind of back door out of your belief system.

And it implies there are kinds and levels of faith, even the big J says faith comes in amounts. So what gives? None of you people have any faith so are you all going to hell? You don't even have any faith in what you believe, NONE of you right? or tell me how i am wrong because i see this as another conundrum by you people that stigmatizes your religion and makes the rest of us think you people are really stupid.
