There's a great relationship spread on www.facade.com. I don't know it right off hand, but go to the website and do a relationship reading. If you want to do one with your own card, you can just copy down the structure of the spread. It's well laid out.

I always have great luck with the Celtic Cross spread.

I would recommend the past, present, and future spread. Also sometimes known as the "gypsie spread"
