Why do "Christians" feel the need to consistently put down any religion that does not coincide with their own? They claim that they are preaching God's Word, but somehow end up making claims that anyone who doesn't believe it is "evil". Isn't Christianity supposed to teach that God is "all-loving"? Why, then, would he want his followers to judge and put down diverse religions? Just a thought...

I'm 15 she's 14. She is a no certain religion and I'm pagan. I never even told her to get one. When she said she was pregnant she decided she wanted an abortion. I said I'll pay for it. I don't know how my parents found out but they are starting to get on my nerves with their telling me I'm killing my child BS. It's HER decision not theirs. I've tried ignoring them. That doesn't stop them. Everything they say has to do with her abortion. It's starting to drive me crazy, How do I tell them to SHUT UP??

If you are a soldier for God and you are involved in spiritual warfare does that mean I can shoot you if you come onto my property to preach to me? After all I'm not a Xtian. and am basically your "enemy" since I don't want your superstition.

It is so sad that people use this forum to ostracize and attack other religious groups. If someone asks a question, use your bible and answer it in a dignified and non-judgemental way. They will accept what you say, or they won't.

Since Parsis are Zoroastrian and can't marry outside their faith (they are excommunicated and none of their children are allowed to be inducted), and they don't allow converts, are they still considered Persian? Their population seems to be near extinction because of this practice so it's not hard to believe that they haven't looked much outside their community. Yet they're still integrated into all other Indian customs aside from religious practices, and have been in India for quite a long time. What do you think?

Matthew 19:19:

"And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery."

let it be known that if you are remarried, and neither of you cheated on one another in your first marriage. You are going to go to hell. I do not care if you think you carry Jesus name. Do You think you can hide in his name. His name is ment for you to ask for forgiveness, not to keep sinning in it and I am not Judging I am convicting you.

the churchs these days will mate anything to gether in my eyes for a buck.

if Jesus is real by the way.

Lets just compare ourselves to one of the most intelligent creatures we know, chimpanzee. I would imagine the gap btw the creator and created would be much greater than the gap btw two created creatures. if a chimpanzee told us internet doesn't exist would it not exist?

If you could travel back in time to prebiblical/holy book days, what kind of world do you think you'd experience and why? Be open minded in your responses. Try to imagine a world without books. :) Eg., do you think humans would all be savages or would mankind be living in peace?

Catholics seem to realize that they are of christian faith but a lot of protestants (and similar) seem confused. Don't they have a dictionary or is it simply that most protestants were told they were just christians so it is hard for them to believe otherwise? Both sects worship Christ.

One of my party guests didn't RSVP by the deadline, so we sent him a note asking him if he and his family was gonna come. He didn't respond to that either, but a few days later, we saw him and asked him in person. He said no because he had other (recreational) plans. Then later the same day, he called to say his plans fell through and would like to come. And he wanted to come early because it was a long drive. Should I say it is okay to come or not? I'm not exactly thrilled with being "Plan B," with the thought of having to babysit guests while I'm still doing prep work, and with this guy in general for another, unrelated reason. But, I want to be fair, so what do you think?

I grew up LDS but no longer believe in it. I am not trying to bash the religion in any way.....I think it is a good church, just wrong is all.

So....about the church funds. I went to the provo temple the other day and started to wonder a little more. The financial records for the church are private...which I think is ridiculous considering how much money most of the members have given, but dont you LDS people think there is a better way to spend that money than gardening among other things at places like the Provo Temple? Just seems to me that if Christ existed he would rather have starving people in Africa fed than good looking lawns and temples. Not that I even believe Christ exists, but I can't imagine any type of "God" that cares more about his gardening than people.

Just a question!!!!! I have nothing against mormons....all my best buddies are LDS on their missions right now. Any people that want to slander the religion, you are just wasting time. Please don't respond.
