Jews work very hard today trying to prove that the Holocaust really did happen and that millions of Jews were killed in the reign of Hitler.

Isn't there a sense of unjust, at how if Jesus did exist that the Jews try very hard to prove he was not the messiah...always as if its a coverup similar to how the Germans try to coverup their Holocaust

Anyone?

Someone asked me if I had nothing good to say about any christians.

I have, over time, said much about the good ones. Many who have appeared here have earned best answers from me (tho' not all christians who have received best answer from me were christian, check the number of stars I awarded the answer).

The Good Christians do not shy away from criticism, and recognize that the criticism against their hypocritical brethren is well justified (as one said, "do you think -we- like them??").

They are honest and candid, but never hurtful.

They say "I don't know", rather than invent scripture.

They are generous of spirit, reaching out to anyone in need.

They do -not- preach.

They do -not- condemn anyone but their fellow christians.

They've encouraged me to continue holding christians to their own standard. Many have said this is a challenge they welcome as it helps them grow. They have been very supportive of my efforts to address hypocrisy.

What say you?

the book, "There is no honor among atheists"

For those with short memories, this is the person who took the prayers in schools issue into court and won. Who got very, very paranoid and was hoarding gold and silver. And one of her gang killed her and stole the gold. Ha !!

I think is wrong for letting people out. The day a "religion" open its door and for real to everyone , and spends more money in finding a cure or feeding the need instead of going to third world countries and build huge "empty" damned temples.

And by filled I mean you fall down to the ground and shake like an epiliptic. By no means am I trying to disrespect, but this is the best description I could come up with. Anyways, why do so called spirit filled christians think that they are more spiritual than others? They claim that you have to act like that to prove you are saved, but scripture states that once a believer accepts Jesus into their hearts the spirit is with them from that point out. Oh, and where in the bible does it show that when you are filled with the spirit you act like that? I never saw it yet in MY bible. Thanks all for ur answers. God Bless.

they say that catholics are wrong because what the teach isint in the bible (it is) but whats the big deal.

If people dont believe that every single word in the bible supports the evangelical worldview then your statements have no authority.

You can quote the bible all you like and my reponse could be that you are reading it wrong.

i could say you have the wrong truth and your faith in not that valid because of that.

after that you have no where to go.

a lot of what you belive goes against the bible and pastors twist it to make it fit their beliefs.

Mine it is dying oraginztion. The had the chance when John Pual II died to elect a pope that would revive the church move it forward and bring in some new followers. Instead the elected a pope that seams to want to take the church back to the 12th centtury. If they don't do something about it soon the catholic church may not exist in a 100 years

Note: I am a ex-catholic turned non demonamational christion I don't hate the catholic church or any other religion for that matter this is my intellectual objective opionion on it. Please don't answer is you want a chance to just bash any one religion if that is your aim please start your own question

Define the Creator in a context that makes you completely separate. I have been hearing this all my life that the Creator is somehow separate. Where did the Creator come from? What is the Creator part of? Is Creator and God the same thing? Is God everywhere or not? If God is not everywhere, what is the part of everywhere that is not part of God and how did it come into being?

"They are causing spread of illness by their irresponsible behaviour. They are the root of many sexually transmitted diseases.":
He also says:
"They need neither sympathy nor help. What they need is a stick of law to put them on the right path."
He also referred to a depressed patient undergoing a sex-change as "Twisted"

As the good doctor is a Muslim, and a Black,
It follows, "As the Night the Day"
that he CANNOT be WRONG!
UNFORTUNATELY!! If we follow this President of an association which represents 99% of British Muslims, then we may be guilty of :
HOMOPHOBIA!
SO, Are we to side with those of the "Flexibility of Wrist" persuasion and become:
RACISTS and ISLAMOPHOBES!
Even worse: Dr Siddiq trained 40 YEARS AGO:
SO, are we also AGEIST?
Have you got any interesting (or amusing) comments.
Personally, I have no objections to Muslim Doctors.
Their valiant work and dedication to Islam have been much in the headlines lately.

Have you ever wanted to go to chruch or something like that and the christians or representatives of jesus turned you off.

A lot of people do like christianity but dont like christians and feel that in general they are not representative of christ.

Any thoughts.

Also do you have any examples of stupid things people do or say to get you to go to church and do you ever wonder why they try to do that.

Imagine yourself meeting a person who seems very reasonable and cultured. You'd naturally think that whatever this person says is a reflection of the culture and intelligence you assume him to have. But when he begins to speak, even though you perceive no other change in his reasonable demeanor, he startles you with his incredible nonsense. He may insist that white is just a lighter shade of black, for example, or claim that the clouds in the sky are simply huge bunches of cotton. He believes things that no reasonable person with normal awareness and judgment could believe. He claims it is raining even though the sun is shining; and if you take him outside and show him the evident sunlight, still he persists in his claim that rain is falling and he even declares that he's getting wet! If you saw such a person, you could describe him in several ways. You might say he was being illogical, deluded, or even that he'd lost his mind, or even that he was crazy.

If they think God is going to destroy the souls of those people anyway, what would prevent them from rationalizing that it is okay to cheat, steal from, abuse, do bodily harm, etc. to the "unsaved." Isn't that the mindset that allowed "witches" to burned at the stake in the Middle Ages?
